AD carries are going to be even more completely ridiculous than they are now with the new item changes. Randuins nerfed, frozen heart nerfed, thornmail nerfed. I hope the new items they are talking about are good enough to make up for this.

Like the Ekko changes, we might see people actually buy AP on him again. I'm going to have to start banning Teemo purely because more people will be playing him now. Yay HUD improvements.

Item rework
Null magic being cheaper is a very welcome change.

Aegis build is much nicer and cheaper, pure pazzak. Sucks about legion getting nerfed, but I'll get over it.

Locket just went full Riven in balance's eyes.

Banner... what a garbage item. =^)

SV/BV changes are solid.

Cinderhulk is... interesting?

well its basically there way of saying no one was going to pick these 4 champs competitive at world anyways, you know it we know it too so stfu.

I can't understand the armor/mr changes at all though.

But then again we should be wiser by now, these drastic changes before worlds are coincidences or "oopsies" by riot, they do it intentionally to build up hype for COOL WORLDS STRATZ and make it EXCITING ESPORTZ

Randuins was buffed. Hugely. Not only does it have crit damage reduction which is hilariously strong* but it also has a very long duration on the active slow. It is marginally cheaper and has a bit less armor/hp but that is not a big deal considering very many AD's will have zekes compliments making their crit rate very high, and making the crit reduction totally bonkers.

*With 10% crit damage reduction you take 2.25 damage from an IE crit and 1.8 damage from a regular crit. with 20% you take 2.0 damage from an IE crit and 1.6 damage from a regular crit. Ashe will do less damage with an attack to a slowed target until she has 15% crit(since all of her attacks count as crits)

changes are shit, they don't actually buff AP Ekko, which is weak,just hurt his only viable build. It won't drive people to build AP on him, it will drive them to play other champions who are better

I like that Riot is moving out of their comfort zone and making changes that previously would have been unthinkable.

I think they need a better filter though. Some ideas are just meh.

Passive buffed AP ratio and reduced utility. W nerfed base damage and almost doubled AP ratio. R cut base health recovery and doubled the AP ratio to it.

Yeah, don't see how these don't promote AP on him.

Agree with Gahlo that Ekko is definitely more incentivized to build AP.

I like the crazy changes more than "AP ratio reduced from 1.0 to .9" and "AD reduced from 45 to 40". I don't really care about how it affects world. Change is good.
