sorry, does anyone know how to fix this?

here's a clip. it's not super apparent in the clip, i think at the end showcases it most - basically i get like a really super small lag spike that sort of freezes everything, but its super fast like 20ms or some crap. does anyone know what could cause this?

Here's what I'd try: 1. If you're playing on borderless try fullscreen, and vice versa. 2. Make sure your drivers (especially chipset) are all up to date. 3. Try disabling any and all game overlays (Xbox gamebar, Nvidia, and especially the new Discord one). 4. Check if it happens with OBS closed. 5. Close any other background apps. 6. Disconnect any game controllers, USB switches and external audio interfaces. 7. Disconnect any Bluetooth devices.
If all of these fail, I'd probably reinstall.

try disabling unit sounds if they are on, that fixed all the micro stutters for me
I believe even mana once made a blizz forum post about this issue

The game has uneven frametimes on the CPU side with regular spikes like this, they become much more apparent if performance is low though

Using the Unit Preloader arcade map helps me with this type of spike.

Hey, I've experienced stuttering in every online game (vs players and vs AI) on my RTX5090 + 9800X3D. Camera and UI were ok, just units and all animations freeze for a few ms every 2-3 sec. The only thing that helped was to switch from WIFI to LAN Ethernet.
I've also tried without any changes:
- differend powershell commands
- updating the registry
- reinstall
- run x32 version
- run with different game flags
- deleting user settings/savegames/replays folders
- lower the settings
- disable vsync
