I believe most of you Americans don't know what cricket is, but for them people who do (frolix etc), i sometimes play it XD
Also I got Cricket 2004, i was australia, they were dukes, 10 over match, i scored over 250 runs, them, under 40 :D
Anyway, cricket is a game of 2 teams of 11, 1 player is a wicketkeeper and.... umm i cant be bothered saying more
well the point of the game basically is to when your batting, smash the ball as far as you can with the cricket bat and when your bowling, try to \"bowl\" the ball to the \"wickets\".
i think this kinda summerises it :X

There is nothing like playing a game of backyard cricket with mates on a hot summers day, with beer barbeque and a pool....mmm

I played one evening with a few friends at a nearby schoolyard. Only one of us knew the rules, so eventually it turned into Calvinball

Cricket is a fine game. It is also highly eccentric, which is one of its charms. Despite watching the sport for more than two decades it still never fails to amuse me that test matches last for five days and the players break for lunch and tea.
England has a fairly decent team at the moment, which makes a nice change. Still no chance of beating Australia though.
