Regarding costs, for a full army it is cheaper and I'd argue better quality-for-cost than WH40K. Minis games are expensive to make/develop and expensive to buy, and it's not as reductive or simple as "plastic is rare or not rare." You are generally correct. At the same time, there is an obvious hiking of the prices by actors such as Games Workshop. New producers like this might be more justified in having high prices. | ||
