Hi I have like many of you have experience with getting medical procedures. Recently I have been in one such procedure involving a cynosure laser at a skin clinic to remove a dark spot on my leg. However, after the procedure I experienced such symptoms as weight gain, high cholesterol and triglycerides, tiredness and lower fertility/semen production. Anyone else in the medical field have tips for recovery or similar experience? Thanks

Also, how to dealing with NYC AOT? 6 years ago I was in an argument with my father and yelling at him, I softly hit him in the face and was psychiatrically hospitalized (not the first time, he had forced me to go to hospital before). They concluded I needed AOT, a program where someone comes to your house every week and daily asks you to take medication for schizophrenia (I do not have), as well as court ordered monthly session with psychiatrist and therapist where you get injection. I am asymptomatic and do not need this program at all, in real life im a chill guy. This program is reviewed every 6 months to year, and I am told it’s not forever and with compliance it can be deescalated and removed. But I have been on program 6 years and stuck in bureaucracy with reviewers telling me, come back later in 6 months first with non compliance and ignoring program and now with compliance. So how to deal with this program? I have review coming up in April and best outcome could be to do voluntary AOT for 6months before other review and possible removal.
