Active: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her and gains 30/40/50/60/70% Movement Speed for 3 seconds
Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown

Evelynn slashes a target enemy 2 times, dealing 35/60/85/110/135 (+0.5 Ability Power) (+0.4 bonus Attack Damage) magic damage with each strike

I posted this in the other thread right before it got locked:

I know pretty nothing about League of Legends, but I noticed that there's an experience-gain system tied to player accounts. Surprisingly, I can't find any website or video that explains why there's a need for experience. What benefits does one receive from leveling up their account?

I LOVE the Sona buffs even though I have no clue how to play her correctly, but it was about time to get her back into the spotlight (as an AD lover a well played Sona is SO MUCH FUN to play with).

I have mixed feelings regarding the 3 champ reworks. Time will tell, but I'm not quite sure that we won't see some of them being banned regularly.

You can only play ranked games (games to tryhard in, pro players play on them also) once you reach the max level (30), you get stuff like summoner spells and masteries with levels, and low levels play other low levels. Basically it's so that bad people start off by playing bad people (if why Riot implemented this feature was your question)

Kassadin and Urgot changes are supposedly (partially) because of their popularity in high-level Dominion games.
I don't pretend to understand it.

(I posted this in the other thread right before Overlord Neo locked it so....)
I also noticed even though they list the changes to Twitch's stats, they don't list Evelynn's.
I imagine it's because Riot will hope people won't notice because they're barely changing her nerfed to hell base stats at all.

Supposedly they'll do another pass on her if she still feels to weak but ugh. Her stats are so weird for a melee champ. Her mana and armor are basically the lowest of any champ out there (great for a melee who spams spells) yet her attack speed is the highest of any champion. Wish they'd just normalize her a little better rather than balance her 'potential' around what stats she has.

I guess. Also you want to play more to unlock the masteries and new, exciting spells
For most of the community, it's a slight hassle if you want to have smurfs, but it's good for newer people i guess
(in practice, today, low levels are pretty much infested with good people smurfing anyway, so i cant speak for it in that sense)

You get access to more 'mastery points' which can be placed into 3 trees, letting you specialize your champion before each game with bonus stats and improved skills. Masteries can be set in the pregame chat, and once you are familiar with the your favourite builds it only takes a couple seconds.

You also get more 'rune slots' unlocked, 1 with each level to a maximum of 30. 9 marks, 9 seals, 9 glyphs, and 3 quintessences. There are 3 'tiers' of runes, which must be purchased with IP, the 3rd tier being the most expensive and the 1st tier the least. Each role has a variety of optimal rune pages, but you are only given 2 pages to play with by default. This means that to play every role you need to invest some serious IP in runes and rune pages. At level 10 you gain access to tier 2 runes, and at level 20 you can buy tier 3 runes. Runes created through the rune combiner are accessible at all levels (tier 3 runes on a level 1 summoner is possible). Generally saving a great deal of IP for level 20 is advised for new summoners.

Look up guides on your favourite champions to see what the pros use for their runes and masteries. Runes have to be set up before queuing for a game while masteries can be done during champion select. Runes, like masteries, provide stat bonuses and some utility.

At certain levels you also gain access to new summoner spells. These are common skills that can be used on any champ to enhance their overall kit. Some of the later level summoner spells (Flash at level 12) are very important and change the way the game is played.

New game modes are also available, including ranked ladders, at higher summoner levels.

i don't think there are many lanes where you can completely forgo armor for mana regen, in most cases i think an early philo would be the best choice

Nice looking patch. Hopefully the matchmaking changes really improve things for those of us still leveling up to 30. Good to hear the improvements to the reconnection logic. Ghost minions after a reconnect were really distracting. Looking forward to this patch.
