I like Soraka/Nunu because your AD carry does all the work, you just flip a coin on whether he's good or not. It eliminates the infinite communication and mindset issues that come up with people like Taric and Sona. | ||

If communication as sona/taric is too much for you I suggest you don't duo lane at all, it's not really any different from playing nunu. | ||

In soloQ you have to constantly keep an eye on your allies so you can use your ultimate while at the same time prevent your ADC from dying/getting poked. I find playing Soraka very stressful when her R is off cooldown. Nunu is not a good support anymore because of his buffs (not that his support got nerfed, it's just that his laning/jungling got SO MUCH BETTER). | ||

I understand what you mean about Soraka but thats not quite what I meant. With Taric when you stun/burst combo you often find your AD still back somewhere farming and not wanting to go in and vise versa, Taric's will often not engage when the AD is trying to fight. With Soraka and Nunu this problem never happens since ALL the emphasis is on the AD to do what he wants and you back that up with your stuff. | ||
