Greetings and welcome to International Tournament Roundup! Sick of wading through countless threads, posts, and articles looking for recent SC2 tournament results? The TeamLiquid International Tournament Roundup is the one-stop shop for all of your tournament result needs, and it's coming to you twice each and every month.
Don't be fooled, the GSL is great, but there's a massive amount of talent outside of Korea. Foreign juggernauts are battling it out in epic games, and in epic tournaments, on a daily basis. After all, our boys have more than proven that they can compete.
Who's the current top dog outside of Korea?
Please note that if an event is not listed, it is likely because it either didn't make the prizemoney cutoff, or results were simply not properly recorded in public view by tournament administration. Don't blame me, blame the event admins. I can't do their job for them. Thanks!

Total Prizemoney: ~$56,034 USD (+ Prizes!)
Top Dog
There's a ton of powerhouses outside of Korea, but who's this edition's top dog? Let's take a look at which players have posted the most impressive results over the past 2 weeks.
Note: This isn't a simple prize-money or medals ranking. It is based upon a combination of overall player performance, quality of competition, significance of events won, money won, activity, and my most sincere attempt at unbiased subjectivity. It only considers performances in events which concluded within this period.
+ Show Spoiler [Honorable Mentions] +
ToD !!
Warcraft III's premiere Human player has shown some good performances thus far in Starcraft 2, but this past couple weeks he managed to cement his stake in the scene by cleaning up ESL Pro Series France. Among the always impressive lineup of French monsters, he defeated the beastly Protoss Adelscott in the final. Additionally, he shut down the renowned Korean Alicia at MLG Anaheim. Twice. He defeated the Protoss 2-0, and later threw some extra dirt on his grave extending the series to 4-2 when they met later in the tournament. With showings like that, the world should really start to fear this guy's PvP.
Total Prizewinnings: ~$3,577 USD
SaSe !!
While we're all excited to see this guy go to Korea (or at least you should be!), SaSe hasn't taken a break when it comes to tearing up tournaments. The now teamless powerhouse took home the gold in the hugely competitive Grubby Invitational event, as well as one of the newly established ESL XMG Cups.
Total Prizewinnings: ~$815 USD
dde !!
I'll just come out and say it. dde is underrated. He's the guy you always see in the bracket and say to yourself "Oh wow dde knocked out _____, that's a surprise." Really, it's not so surprising to see anymore. He once again came out in force winning the Map of the Month event, a NeSE qualifier, a showmatch against CatZ, and most impressively placing second in the hugely competitive Shoutcraft 2 Invitational.
Total Prizewinnings: ~$1,050 USD
Nerchio !!
Surprise surprise. Having essentially become the unofficial mascot of the tournament roundup, his performance this edition is as impressive as always. Nerchio qualified for the European Anniversary Party tournament via a cup win and then went on to take the whole event as well. He also won a XMG Cup, a Go4SC2 EU Cup, and came in second in the FinanceTesEtudes.com Tournament. He's got a new team, but he's still the same consistent beast. It's quite surprising to see such accomplishments here in the 'honorable mention' category, but there's been some really great performers this time around.
Total Prizewinnings: ~$1,173 USD
Third
+ Show Spoiler [Third] +
GoOdy !!
With an online cup prowess rivaled by few, the Panzer General powered through two 4pl.de Close Combat Cups, a European Anniversary Party qualification cup, and placed second in a Gigabyte Cup as well as a Ragequit.tv Cup. Lastly, he also placed second in a massively competitive Teamliquid Teamspeak Open. If this guy didn't play with such a slow methodical style, he might even be able to squeeze even more in! =P
Total Prizewinnings: ~$647 USD
Runner-Up
+ Show Spoiler [Runner-Up] +
HasuObs !!
The Mouzsports Protoss beast snatched a massive four-thousand Euro payday by claiming top spot in the ESL Torneo 'TES' event. He attempted to supplement this with a Zotac Cup win, but barely fell into the second slot. Additionally, he defeated the legendary ambitious Terran Warship Strelok in a showmatch event. HasuObs continues to prove that he's among the world's best Protosses.
Total Prizewinnings: ~$5,866 USD
Top Dog
+ Show Spoiler [The Top Dog] +
Socke !!
This Protoss killer tends to often find himself tearing up large events worth tons of cash, and lately it's not been much different. Socke tends to be a little overlooked by the community, however I guarantee that he's not overlooked by those who have to play him in big events. Although he fell to HasuObs in the TES final, he managed to take home the gold at the completely stacked Shoutcraft 2 Invitational. It was a close race this edition between 3 German monsters, but these two big finishes by Socke mark him up as this edition's Top Dog!
Total Prizewinnings: ~$3,862 USD
Medal Podium
Note: Only players with multiple non-showmatch podium appearances are included.
