looks like you looped the bar which caused you to catch the bar on your toes. Also dont catch the the bar with your arms, let it drop onto your shoulders. Elbows should be driven high as possible at the catch.

Just smoke weed an hour before bed time. You'll sleep like a baby. You'll just have to start taking some deca and testosterone to counteract the excess estrogen produced, or CELL TECH.

There are certain programs that can tint the screen to mimic the sun going down and lead to better sleep. F.lux is one of them.... if you're on the computer a lot and not outside using something like this would be recommended. >> F.lux More on sleep stuff here: http://robbwolf.com/2010/12/31/easy-ways-to-be-a-sleep-viking-in-2011/ Dude. Used it for 10 minutes and love this software already. My eyes feel much better. I love this thing too. However I'm suffering from rheumatoid arthritis which makes my joints stiff, and painful when I apply pressure on it. The most unfortunate thing about this is that strength training becomes a problem for me. When my pain flares up, even push-ups become impossible to do due to the stiffness in my wrist. This occurs several times a week. So I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some exercises that help me build upper body (arm and chest) strength without much use of my wrist and elbow joints (my shoulders are fine). Eliminate grains and gluten from your diet immediately, and any sort of processed foods. Start supplementing fish oil. RA is primarily a diet controlled thing. hopefully theres not too much damage done already so that when you eliminate the problem factors in your diet you can heal up and permanently be cured of it (as long as you keep those things out of your diet permanently).

Went up to 140lbs, only my second time doing them.+ Show Spoiler + It felt smooth when I did it but i'm sure it is far from perfect. What do you guys think? a) ditch the gloves. get some chalk, or wraps if need be b) you finished a little forward, probably from not finishing your second pull c) as dimsum said, don't catch the bar with your hands, let it rest on your shoulders and really drive your elbows towards the ceiling d) Looks like you used your arms a bit and swung the bar out away from you at the top instead of dropping under it. The weight looked pretty ez, you'll probably be able to get a lot more with some form work and some weightlifting shoes. If you have something with a solid bottom that should help you. Dimsum more vids so we can all learn perfect form plz&thx

Hmmm, I've heard that before. But I asked my doctor that and she said it was okay to take grains and gluten. I do try to avoid processed foods whenever possible, and I guess I should start taking fish oil. Thanks! Thankfully though my RA is pretty mild, though it still comes on and off regularly. Though the problem has made me a skinny *chuckle* person thanks to my physiology and lack of upper body exercise.

Dimsum more vids so we can all learn perfect form plz&thx I just wear the gloves because my palms sweat excessively and I have already been told to leave for using chalk =/ And I have tried to not use them but even if I'm deadlifting 135 the bar slips out after like 3 reps from my palm sweat =( I'll work on all those things next time I am able to lift. Don't know when i will be able to get lifting shoes. Probably when i find a new job. Thanks for the tips. I am going to buy my own bumper plates to lift with in my own garage. I find the Olympic lifts a lot more fun and badass then any of the other lifts. What pair of weights should i start out buying first? 25 lbs to get good technique?

http://www.pendlaybarbell.com/peecbuplset21.html (cheapest i've seen) And at places that frown upon chalk (aka places i frown upon) i usually just leave the chalk in a plastic bag or something when i use it to keep it from getting everywhere because that seems to be the main concern.
