2011 has not been good for me generally speaking because of my knee problems. My squat strength basically stagnated because of the injury break. However i have dealt with that and i hope for a injury free 2012. In terms of goals: C&J: 95kg, which is 5kg short of my goal :/ Snatch: 70kg goal reached! In the new year I will be able to oly lift 3 times a week again, which will definitely help.

She has agreed to do Stronglifts 5x5 and to eat like a horse, which is great, but she's lactose intolerant so she can't do GOMAD. Any alternatives? :/ Eggs and bacon for breakfast Fish for lunch with veggies Meat and veggies for dinner I don't see why she wouldn't be able to eat like 2,5k cals like that.

I actually looked into the lost battalion hall, but it's just way too far. I really meant Manhattan when I say NYC. Edge gym has three oly platforms, which is more than what I can ask for (why don't more commercial gyms have these??), and should serve my purpose ![]() thanks for the rec though!

Peanut butter, oat, water and chocolate flavoured powder with a little bit of tinkering (and perhaps caramel?) sounds like a rediculously tasty shake.

Protein powder is great for adding broteinz, and oats are a staple in bodybuilding for allowing you to stomach everything. Yeah I'm pretty sure there is lactose in regular whey, not sure about isolate though.

I cannot drink regular milk to save the life of me, but I can drink whey protein just fine. Ironically (or not) Soy products makes me sick as well. Fuck soy anyways, it's gay. For alternatives to regular milk: -Lactaid pills. They work for some people, but not for me (again with the lactose intolerance variance) -Lactose Free Milk (slightly more expensive then regular milk I've never seen it gallon form either only half gallons) -Find something else to eat. you can make plenty of food and hit whatever your requirements are. I'll admit I'm lazy though, and would just rather drink milk.

Any alternatives? :/ well i wouldn't tell her to eat a bunch of eggs and bacon for breakfast like that guy said haha. you need to browse around some websites and see what type of foods women eat. i don't think an almost anorectic woman should take in 2.5k calories asap and should probably also do some light cardio (since it's good for health). i'm not even sure if i think that 5x5 is good for a woman. i prefer for them to do lighter and higher rep sets if they are just looking to get in shape. i think her diet should compose of: eggs oats rice chicken lean beef lean turkey low/non fat yogurts protein powder fruits/veggies (would avoid fruits such as bananas, only use for post workout/breakfast)
