hit 150 clean and missed the jerk by a fucking inch. pulled it like 10 more times and cleaned it 2 of those. Missed the jerk by hitting myself in the jaw and then last one i could barely stand T_T | ||

Jesus talked to me all the way through. It was the most ball busting set of squats I've ever done. I bit off a chunk of my lip AND shat myself in the same set. Still got the 105KG PR, AtG every rep. Powercleans felt REALLY good though. Just gonna eat a crapton today, will take it really easy with newyears. I don't want anything to fuck with my training for the next four months. Some people are still too small even when the natural limit is nearly reached. I never made a goal post, but goal in my mind was 85kg by end of january, i'm at 83.5 now so it will be done.
