Lifted at a cross fit gym today lols . Surprised I didn't light on fire when I walked in. Just chilled in the back and did my oly shit during their crossfit workout. Some guy was amazed when I did a 275 pound CJ (the jerk was terrible my coach would have yelled at me). P.s. where has thedeadhaji been?? | ||

I really need to focus on resting more and eating better. I'm often sleeping late and I feel like a dead body walking around when I'm exercising. I yawn really often at the gym and feel like I'm lacking energy. ![]() | ||

@raidern I usually have something light before I go like oatmeal or eggs. After I get back I usually have a milk + whey + ice cream shake. And then dinner a bit later. | ||

100kgx8x3, 105x5, 115x2x2, 120x1 Same workout tomorrow. Man its tough going beyond 5 reps, I had even forgotten how to count past 5. What was really awesome was my recovery procedure, will hit gym early (1-2 pm) to do it every time. Squat - Stretch - Protein Shake - Sauna/cold water bath (all at the gym), get home, eat more meat with fruit/veggies, nap. Just woke up and feel like a fucking beast. Alcohol gonna troll, will definetately ditch it for weeks 2-6 till I hit my new PR, so gonna enjoy it today :D. GL | ||
