Alright that may be a stupid question sorry. When you get your zealots or zerglings surrounded by probes/drones/scv that are stacked and the opponent uses the stop button your units will glitch. So what is the best way to "recover" control over them? Stop? Hold? Attack one of the workers? Or is there just nothing you can do at that point but just wait?

Just spam right click away from the workers the best you can.

Try to find the best route out while taking the least amount of hits. This will come down to game sense. It's situational dependent and would depend on your positioning, the amount of workers attacking you and the amount of zerglings you have.

Also, don't walk your zealots or zerglings in paths that area easily mineral walkable; e.g. between the geiser and the minerals, or the path between a nat and a main.
I used to walk my marines in from the nat, trough the chocke towarsd the main minerals. But now I learned to sidestep when you see the dronedrill coming, so at least they can't drill straight on top of your dudes.

So first I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section but I could not find where else to post:
What is the latest update regarding SD graphics vs 1.16? I remember there were a lot of posts at the start of remaster (an example: http://cafe.naver.com/scbeta/8066) stating that 1.16 had better SD graphics, any updates regarding this? Was the SD graphics polished or improved on 1.21.5?

It has not been improved.

Just turn the blur filter off.

How do I do that?

I think you can go to the video settings while in game, there should be a slider option called "SD graphics filter".
|
Wrath, if you have issues when turning the filter off completely (all the way to the left, position one), try putting it one step to the right (position two). This fixed issues with pixeled text for me, made it look almost like the original.
GoodGuyCryoc told me that when I made a post about the same issue a while ago: Link
Seems you have to use windowed fullscreen, too.

Question to admins (@R1CH and such I guess)
Would it be possible to split Broodwar streamers in two columns, i.e. "Foreigners" and "Korean" or similar to what you have for Organizations with headers and sub-headers? Perhaps Twitch / Afreeca would be an easier differentiator. Personally I prefer (read: only) watch foreigners (and I assume I'm not alone), but they tend to drown among all the afreeca streams.
Edit: wops, strategy section. :R

Did anyone encounter something similar in SC:R (or maybe in classic SC:BW?) when playing with old graphics or else? The black bits were flickering/changing position constantly. What's the technical explanation for this?
Any fix to this? Tabbing in-out didn't work.
Happened from one sec to the other in a single player bo-practice game, luckily. Would suck in a real game...

To play on the blizz ladder you do need to have remastered, that's where most people play.

I honestly think that for everyones good people should migrate to remastered (or blizzard should open ladder for everyone, not only those with remastered copy). Every person we can get into ladder is a win!
