By.Sun will be a force to be reckoned with in Code S for sure though. He seemed like the most obvious choice for one of the seeds too.

Umm, no, not totally unfair? If they were just doing it on personality they could have invited Flash and Oov to Code S. I'm sure that would give them a lot more attention. They've done it because they think those are the best players. Kespa actually has no incentive to do it based on popularity because they should reserve the more popular players for their own leagues (OSL and SPL). I doubt this has anything to do with popularity.

Roro is undisputably currently more accompolished in SC2 than Jaedong. Why is JD in Code S and Roro in Code A? Also, if you think any SC2 tournament in the world wouldn't die to have Jaedong or Bisu play in it, I'm fairly sure you are mistaken. These guys have a lot of fans.

It is, there is absolutely no reason that jaedong should get a better seed than roro. Roro has the better record in pro league, he posted the much better results in WCS (Jaedong beat sC and genius compared to roro's leenock and seed and came 4th) neither qualified for the OSL. Jaedong is seeded because he's infinitely more popular than roro no other reason.

Only lose two series 1-2...TO THE TWO FINALISTS Get Code A and Jaedong gets Code S Obviously Jaedong is wildly more popular, and this is going to make this season the greatest ever, but I feel bad for Roro. Bison deserves his spot. He has been the best player in Proleague, is OSL (1-0 over MKP), and was the second best placing KeSPA player during WCS Korea. To be honest, Jaedong was a total BOSS in PL ace matches this season, you can't deny it.

Sucks for Roro. Seeing as I like Jaedong more than Roro, I will enjoy him in Code S and can't wait to see who he faces, but I feel like Roro would have a better chance of actually getting far.
