Well I am just going to say it: You are asian. And this isn't even a good read it's really obvious. But I've got to take the free wins where I can. That, and the fact that I've seen his name on the Maplestory TL thread. EDIT: errrr........ Wow. I'd actually go with the suggestion to print out blogs, put them on your fridge, and go on a road trip.

I came across situations with other people who acted in a way I though they wouldnt if the were aware of how they act. Once I repeated a whole rage-speach to a friend after he acted like an idiot and he looked at me and never did it again. Show people how you feel about their behavior and maybe they will change a bit.

Courses can vary a lot (though you could argue that since it's AP, classes are a bit more similar ), though, and I know lots of beastly juniors who bombed just ONE test and thus got a sub par (by "Asian standards" ) grades. + Show Spoiler + On December 20 2010 08:17 SpiritoftheTunA wrote: sensitivity doesnt have to involve giving empathy-filled replies; refraining from derailing a thread is pretty common courtesy. also, have you read parts 0 - 3? his parents are pretty fucking insane. but ok crack 4 fucking asian jokes Don't listen to him--he just wants to hit 25k :D + Show Spoiler + ...the plot thickens...+ Show Spoiler + okayjaykaydon'thurtme

i kinda doubt your parents would react positively to seeing the blogs printed out on the fridge, i'd suggest showing them to a guidance counselor or something, but that would be after the break so you're a bit fucked until then. Stay strong *high five*

It doesn't get much better sorry . I'm finally a senior in college about to graduate, and it's finally better. Trust me when i say getting a B isn't going to ruin your chances of getting a job or getting into a good college. Actually I'm kind of reading through your punishment of "reduced computer time," and working/studying all day, and it actually kind of makes me laugh, sorry. My parents took away all form of electronics from me from when I was 8 to 14. They thought that it was causing, and this is 100% verbatim, "my personality to become evil." Also when we did get a computer in high school, they password protected it and didn't give me the password, I had to ask them to type it in when I wanted it. Also my mom made me write essays, just because. She'd go through books of SAT writing prompts, make me write an essay, and if it was bad, she'd crumple it up and tell me to do it over. Just a couple of examples of my life in high school. Oh and also on an Asian note, if I ever tried to leave the house during a lecture, they'd have beat me. Plain and simple. So....actually I don't really have that much sympathy for you, again sorry. But I do know where you're coming from. Just know that it's not that uncommon. Oh and I got A's in math too.

That kind of forcing you to maintain lists and things sounds all well and good for elementary school or middle school, but by now you either realize what you need to do and put the effort in to do it or you don't. At least there isn't long before college and independence. Best of luck bro.
