After thinking about it, I think Mizenhauer and Seeker should have a fanfic competition to determine who is best.

For a completely orthogonal contribution, I would point to his community casting work. Maybe some of you think that the LRSL series of tournaments (concieved and extensively run by another competitor Ej_, and then taken over by yet another competitor Durnuu!) is just something silly that a bunch of idiots do to pretend to be real SC2 players, but in fact it is a huge cornerstone in building up the community (it surely helped me immensely to really get any connection with people here). Anyway, it was mizenhauer who casted most of the matches in all the incarnations (heavily supported by luolis, who we sadly somehow forgot to nominate). Unfortunatelly, many casts got lost to the twitch abyss, but lately he is careful to highlight them, so you can (and should) head to https://www.twitch.tv/mizenhauer/videos/all to see examples of his work - and also the man in person! However it's not only mizenhauer you should pay attention to in this competition. I have already mentioned Ej's and Durn's key roles in running the community leagues, but that's not even all they do! Together with another key community member, Elentos, they watch literally every SC2 game out there, including the most obscure tournaments in the weirdest corners of the internet and then produce these marvelous selections: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535259-the-best-games-of-june-2018http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/534286-the-best-games-of-may-2018http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/533372-the-best-games-of-april-2018http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/532866-the-best-games-of-march-2018These four: mizenhauer, Ej_, Durnuu and Elentos are an exquisite collection of dedicated and hard working SC2 fans. Their encyclopedic knowledge of any game that ever happened in the 8 years the game is played is absolutely stunning and the amount of time they spend talking about every single aspect of strategy and pro scene is overwhelming. On top of that, they are also pretty fine blokes. Not sure you can promote mizenhauer when it comes to versus Seeker. Seeker has been translating SC2 articles for years and has been running Liquibets2 flawlessly for years. Both are great community members in their own way for sure, but if you really had to dig deep on both these guys, seeing everything Seeker has done for TL is just mind blowing.
Of course I can promote him and of course you can promote Seeker. This is supposed to be a competition, not a group agreement on a winner, right? Although to be fair, I think your Seeker PR is slightly less detailed than my mizen one, so you should maybe work on that
Honestly I don't care who wins, it's all in good spirit, no? I just thought it could be fun to talk up people I know somehow better than the rest and that maybe people who are better in writing than I am could catch on and possibly some hype could be generated, that's all.

I fear there is a danger that some people do not understand what some of the names mean. First of all, let's look at mizenhauer. Maybe some of you know him as the "guy that said Rogue is a patchzerg" , but how many of you realize that he is the literal backbone of the SC2 reporting on this site? That without him there would be just a tiny trickle of articles? Just behold the incredible, not even exhaustive, selection from recent times where he contributed text (sometimes whole article, sometimes a part): http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535810-improving-the-global-finals-map-poolhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535689-gsl-ro32-preview-dark-neeb-soo-specialhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535572-code-s-ro32-preview-zest-parting-byun-tyhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535415-code-s-ro32-preview-gumiho-mma-hero-solarhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535348-code-s-ro32-preview-stats-hurricane-cure-innovationhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535215-code-s-ro32-preview-maru-forte-leenock-dearhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535132-code-s-ro32-preview-classic-reynor-ryung-soshttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/534674-maru-vs-zest-gsl-grand-finals-previewhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/534353-a-weekend-for-believing-mana-at-wcs-austinhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/533652-making-the-grade-again-code-s-group-nominationshttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/533446-the-gsl-microcosm-code-s-group-ghttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/532653-i-was-wrong-about-maruhttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/535206-interview-hajinsun-on-finding-sc2-revealing-korean-pro-personalitieshttp://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/528630-the-last-gslIn addition to this, I believe he also did a lot of the recaps that are posted simply under "TL Esports" without personal credit, which means that he watched, wrote down and twitch clipped a metric shitton of games for the enjoyment of you all. Translating stuff for years? He ignored me when I asked for a translation back and 2017 and he hasn't posted in the translation request thread for two years. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/474431-translation-requests?page=4#71I think you've got it mixed up. ??? http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/368779-sc2-interviews-translations-archiveAnd here is a link to my most recent interview translation: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/brood-war/535870-cutedan-interview-peace-through-starcraftAnd as for that translation request PM you sent me last year, that thing you were asking for was long as fuck and super annoying to do. Why would I just do that for you for free when it wasn't even SC or TL related? I asked for a tl:dr, but anyway I'm done campaigning. This garbage is just raising my post count. Wait, I'm confused here... Are we playfully bantering for the sake of competition or did I do something to upset you?

I can vouch for Seeker having done some of the best work for this site. Translations are extremely time intensive, especially if you want to try and keep true to the original meaning and unless I'm mistaken, he's done 500 of them. He kept me reading the Starcraft II forums even as my interest in the game waned years ago. He also helped with the most recent BW interview that was linked above and has been moderating the forums for close to 2 years now alongside myself. Aka, he's done a lot of work for this site so good post by BD! Having said that, Seeker, I'm disappointed. Why would you put BR in your group? haha.
Moving on, THANKS to everyone who has voted for me against DieuCure. Let's keep at it guys and make the Ro16! I know we can do it! I can make a list of my contributions if someone really wants to see them, but I'm sure any of the staff members can vouch for my work. If you want to see my work when I first started out, you can check out my profile. That list stops at mid 2015 or something I believe, after SSL11 finished. We're only in the Ro32 and we're already seeing some serious upsets going on...
Final matches are here! It's time to figure out our Final 16!

The main shocker is KBB being out, he is actually relatively tolerable for a TL mod. Other than that the most interesting part for me is how I don't even know most of the names
Also, never vote on phone, I actually voted against Ej by mistake, which is inexcusable!

vote for me and ill blog about you
