I know how to set up a solo map to practice nades. In the workshop there are some few maps to practice nades. but for example inferno is outdated, and there is not nuke.

If you just want to play with your friends for a short time, it's as simple as creating a custom game (play with friends) and pick the map you want. However if you want to have a dedicated server that's online all the time, you either need to buy one online, or follow one of the guides on here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Dedicated_Servers (preferably on a separate "server" computer that you don't ever turn off, so you can use your main computer like normal). If you don't want to bother with command line stuff, I suggest scrolling down to the "csgosl - a CSGO GUI frontend for Windows/Linux" section and clicking download. It should be pretty straight forward.

I ask because I am top fragger in almost every match I play but I still can't win much because I end up having teammates who can't even get half of my kills/score in total and I don't want to lose the same amount of mrr as those guys. It's annoying me so much... Yes. Unlike something like OW, In cs:go your mmr gains and losses are based only on whether you win or not. And that's a good thing as kills isn't the only thing deciding if you're playing well. The guy with the lowest amount of kills might have been equally important for the win, and the guy with highest kills might have been the sole reason you keep losing because he just charged alone every round. Not to mention that if k/d ratio had an impact everyone would start using cheese tactics to let your teammates die for you to get the kills. No one would ever want to be first onto a site.

When you mention a 34-8 score with the rest of your mates being down with 7 or 8 kills only, that doesn't say much about how you play and how the game went. Were those kills entries and you couldn't build up from there to get the rounds? Or were they kills that you made because you were the last man standing after your mates got killed and you still did 3 kills before going down in what was quite surely a round loss anyway? Both situations are quite different in terms of impact, and yet both situation amount to a great deal of frags. Remember that sometimes, the guy that throws the right smoke(s) and flashes for his team mate can be extremely impactful, especially in matchmaking where stuff might be overlooked depending on the rank. Even at LEM, I rarely see CTs using counter-stuff when the Ts are trying to take a site...

As such, you should focus on winning rounds.. I'm sorry, you are 100% correct. I forgot about that part. Winning the match as a whole doesn't give you anything as far as I know, it's only based on how many rounds you win/lose. So winning 15-0 will net you much more mmr than 15-14
