Except for validating game files I've never gotten anything to work other than it going away by itself :/
I heard about a report limit in CS:GO, like you are only able to report X people per day and after that, the reports don't get aknowledged or something like that. Anyone got infos on wether this is true and how big X actually is if it is true? I am currently being very cautious with my reports because of it, but on my rank it usually is pretty hard to spot a cheater without using the demo, so I only report the super obvious cases at the moment.

Last night while i was watching a stream my graphics card (Desktop pc) died. This morning i formated my Laptop and installed a clean Windows 10 Version. Because i knew it was full of garbage and games ran way below their potential performance. Of course, the first game i installed was cs. It works great. I`ve constantly 60 fps. The Problem i face now is that my mouse doesn`t work the way i`m used to. It feels like it has some Kind of mini delay. It makes aiming.. interesting.
Windows mouse Speed is 6/11 hz rate is 1000 dpi 450 raw Input 1 mouse acce. 0 (Windows too)
Literally, everthing like it ever was on both my Systems. Somewhere on the webz i`ve read it sometimes has somthing to do with Monitor Ratio (16:10, 4:3 etc.) but i`ve tried almost all resolutions with every Ratio. It doesn`t help in my case.
Dunno, maybe some of you guys expierenced something like this and give advice. (sorry for random capital letters )

Meh and QQ I could go back to win8.1 but, uhm, I'm not in the mood. Or i just go play mm and lose ranks ;D
Edit: Alright. Windows Fullscreen is - for whatever reason - a working short term solution!
Uhm, so, i still have this problem. If anybody by accident reads this, pls halp :x Windowsfullscreen = mouse works, but framerate makes it unplayable Fullscreen = frames are fine, but mouse is delayed = unplayable
Both cases are quite logical from a framerate standpoint. Then if in windowed fullscreen your mouse is working fine, that might be an issue purely related to CS:GO, i.e. it's not coming from Windows being funny with its cursor.
But aside from that, I don't really know how you might solve that...
Have you tried playing around with the raw_input paramter and the mouse acceleration as well? Did it change anything in any configuration?

Thanks for the advices. Haven`t had success with them ;(
I found an ugly soloution on steam which i haven`t tested. You have to uninstall your graphics card driver with a special tool, boot windows in safe mode, install the tool as admin, run windows updates, go to steam, deactivate cloud safes in steam, reboot again and delete _all_ cs go config files. install new graphic card driver, activate cloud in steam again and the game might works again ...
Anyway, either i try this method or make a clean windows install.
i know there are a lot of guides on mouse sensitivity and stuff but i havent gotten the answer im really looking for so here goes. ive been trying to play cs go occasionally but my issue with mouse sensitivity always gets me to give up. im a hardcore moba player (dota/lol) and old school rts/fps player (wc3/sc/cs 1.5 and 1.6). i dont know how it is with others but for me, lol, wc3 and sc have pretty much identical sensitivity settings (probably because they just use windows settings). dota was a bit different and anyone whos played it will know that the feel of your mouse when playing dota 2 compared to when you play dota 1 on wc3 is completely different (and yet you cant change mouse settings in dota2 which sucks). cs go unfortunately has similar issues with me. the mouse settings for cs go after installation seems off compared to what i expect my windows settings to be and i cannot seem to find a comfortable sensitivity setting. ive always played with mouse acceleration, so dont tell me to turn it off, and in cs 1.5/1.6 ive played with 6-7 sensitivity with very good results and comfort. tbh if i could even just get the sensitivity i get on wc3/sc on cs go id be happy but i cant find it. its particularly frustrating because i have very good speed and mouse accuracy in other games but on cs go i can barely line up the center of the screen to someones body let alone their head with good speed. tl;dr is there some magic number on the sensitivity bar and/or other mouse settings that gives you your native windows settings? ive done some trial and error but there hasnt been much luck and the frustration kinda makes me give up before i actually test every single number there. if the native mouse dpi has any relevance at all, lets say im using a microsoft basic optical mouse which to my knowledge is 800.
