it's an rpg/simulation of 5 countries co-existing, doing their things, even without your influence. you're free to go where you want, work together with who you want, or fight against them. recruit a big army, but earn money to afford and upgrade your soldiers. it's difficult. so, the singleplayer is pretty fucking awesome. but there's one thing even better. warband introduced multiplayer to the original m&b. warband is only an expansion, and the multiplayer is what really sets it apart from original m&b  . the game shines in mp, due to the deep fighting system. there's a lot of things to master, like ranged fights (bow/crossbow), regular melee fighting or using a lance on a horse, to name the most important ones. expect huge battles, conquering castles, or simply deathmatch...the learning curve is pretty steep though. better play sp before mp, just to learn fighting basics. needless to mention the high skill cap. game is awesome. | ||
