Don't measure yourself every day. You'll just get frustrated. The number isn't definite. Get in exercise, even if it isn't super intense. You'd be surprised what walking 15 minutes a day does for your body and your self-esteem. Make your easy days easy, make your hard days hard. Treats are not rewards for good accomplishments. Food is not the only way to socialize. Food makes you live, restrict any sweets to maybe once a week. Portion a bunch of shit. I know that once I opened a bag or a box of something, it was tough to put away. Just portion the shit out of it. | ||

Basically it comes down to knowing how many calories you use and eating less than that. Honestly, you'll be really glad to get some weight off. Even though I'm 270 I feel like a different person. I'm pretty big and muscular by nature, so I'll probably end up weighing around 230-220 if I still want to be playing rugby. I'd be glad to get in on this contest though. | ||

In February of this year I started out at 428 pounds. I'm currently 288 pounds, and still going. Whenever you stream, I get out the iPad and I watch you play while I run on the treadmill/elliptical. I've managed to stay on there for hours because you provide such a fun stream. Thank you, you've helped me, and maybe some competition can help you. :D | ||
