I used vulture mines for some defence as I have the replenishable mines upgrade. By the last, I had maybe 5 marines 3 medics, Odin, 20 scvs, and 2 wraiths. I cloaked and targeted the BCs immediately with the wraiths, while repairing with scvs. I also floated all my buildings in to tank as much as possible, or at least try to distract the enemies. Eventually Odin called down the nuke when it was all I had left and I completed it I must have loaded and replayed certain parts at least 20 times, this was much harder than All In on brutal. Good luck if you don't have tech like me, and remember to use saves constantly

Basically strategy is all, figuring out the mission,(first try i failed because i needed to move back and forth on the map trieng to defend and attack and you dont really have the time or resources)....and the attack pattens of the AI....oh and not losing anything ever, especially the wraiths..,youll need quite a few for the final base,so if you lose any at all you cant replenish them cause the mins get exhausted right about then.... Key is keeping up tank and wraith productions at all times, sieging up tanks behind the odin with wraiths, providing sight and shooting down battlegrounds and ravens(kill them at ones, wraths are only good if they stay cloaked, otherwise theyre useless, thats why banshees and viking cant do the job, they just die to all the crud the enemy has)After you clear each base, youl get attacked by an annoying force, dont pull anything back,if you pored those excess mins into marines and 2 bunkers youll be just fine...keep up with youre macro and pumping tanks and wraiths all the while otherwise you wont have enought stuff fot the final assult... Basically both wraths and tanks can stay clear of the enamy while desimating theyre targets,as the odin suckes damage,oh and scv rapairs are needed 1 during and after each assult ... Probably gonna do this missin on very hard or somt just to try some more interesing units,i dont see any other way on brutal......Honesly only diff mission was the final toss one...took me 3 tries....Otherwise theyre not so tought just need a perfect mix for the job..often its not what you want to play with...

a.) the orbial command b.) automated refinery c.) build 2 scv's at a time. If I did not have one of these I could not pump out enough units in a timely manner. While the odin is raping the first base I built 2 factories with tech labs and started pumping siegetanks and from the port wraiths. During the third base I add on another starport as you will want alot of wraiths to deal with battlecrusers As for the vulture rush I build 3 bunkers with 3 marines in each and leave my first 2 tanks behind and this usually stops all attacks they send After the odin kills the second base if you have the automated refineries you can just build on the geysers chances are you will have plenty of minerals if not you can just build a cc(if you dont have automated refineries build a cc its not that big of a deal) If you have the orbial command and you are good on minerals during the odin's break sessions you can summon some mules to repair him just to make sure you get him fully repaired by the time he finishes his Liquid refreshments. Keep in mind not to suicide your wraiths (unless you already have vikings of course) Just use them to pick of targets for your ground troops to advance such as siege moded tanks ect. The odin can handle pretty much everything especially with siege tank support. But if the enemy siege tanks kill you before you siege up you could have trouble so pick off enemy siege tanks, battlecruisers and banshees with your wraiths and then back them off.

1 tech 1 reactor, macro up, get a fast 1 attack upgrade, prioritize banshee in the beginning, make vikings while still macroing, expand while taking the second base, and just win the game. Wraiths on this map are trash, and it's funny because they are introduced here. They don't prioritize well, vikings can only hit air, so no micro required whatsoever.

Loki is not hard at all, you just have to plan a little. When Odin stops close to him you can repair, position your forces and build turrets/bunkers and whatever you want. Then just bait Loki to you with a single air unit. You might loose all your repairing SCVs and a few units doing this so have more close by. Other tips for this mission: - do soften up enemies from 2. base and onwards, don't let Odin tank everything - Have 2 CCs (or the research) producing SVCs the most of the game if you can. - A few turrets, a bunker and a tank at home is enough, help defend with reinforcements when you have to. - Your expansion (if you take it) is mostly left alone, and when attacked you can probably repair and upgrade to PF.

I skipped the Loki for a few reasons. Firstly I did this mission super early as I said in my wall of text post guide to doing this with pretty much nothing, so I didn't have any super units or useful upgrades to boost my macro. Second my micro wasn't amazing, I'm not a brilliant player and I lost rather more wraiths than I should have to some silly mistakes. Most importantly I didn't actually know where to find the Loki until I replayed the mission specifically to look for it because my eyesight = poor apparently ![]() I came back to my save later and managed to take it down and complete the mission since I'm pretty perfectionist but the wraiths I lost to taking it out did make things harder. I definitely think that it is not much harder to complete the mission + Loki than just to complete the mission and certainly if I were replaying this from the beginning on brutal then I'd be fully ready to take it out. If I were doing a complete play through from new campaign then I'd do this mission later on and have some decent tech to help me with it.

Odin took out the first and second base with the initial marines and medics from beginning and few scv avoiding fire and repairing whenever they didn't seem to be in danger to be focusfired. I expanded to second base as soon as I had cleared it and started to pump out vikings too, which took out everything air related with ease and the rest became pretty much cakewalk. The only remaining siege I rushed with some vulture to draw fire while Odin and the rest of the force enclosed and took it out.
