You are correct that this is essential for speedrunning since the community measures in real time. There's three different ways to skip dialogue in BW - the method depends on what kind of cutscene you're skipping: 1. Dialogue where the screen centers before freezing your game - The trick you showed in the video (save and reload before your screen is centered and the audio starts playing, then save and reload for each subsequent line of dialogue) 2. Dialogue where the game freezes without centering your screen (destroying the Command Center in BWT1 for example) - Simply click and hold the Menu button with your mouse until the audio starts playing, then save and reload for each line of dialgoue 3. Dialogue that does not freeze the game (bringing Duran to the beacon in BWT3 for example) - Simply save and reload | ||

I can't think of anything that ruins the fun of speedrunning more than this, short of my PC exploding in my face.
