I'm fairly certain the Hawks are doing better with Teague than they would with Kirk.., they're atleast loads better than what they were versus Orlando Can someone give Boozer something sticky for his hands?! I'm hoping Atlanta will make Smith their go-to-guy.. that guy can't shoot even if his life depended on it! Cmon, Bulls! Shooting at 33% FG in the second half, while the Hawks are shooting at 52%.. and 11 to 6 turnovers.. I'm getting so nervous now ![]()

You breathe on Derrick Rose and get called for a foul. It's fucking filthy right now.

I don't see anything consistent with Deng being able to handcheck, Joe Johnson getting mauled on every drive, or Teague getting yanked after he picks Rose clean. Tons of uncalled fouls that should have been called if you're gonna call Al Horford breathing on D-Rose driving to the bucket. Not saying you're wrong, because the Hawks could've easily gotten more calls - but the call on Horford was a good call, you could see him "slashing" the arm of Rose when going to the rim

Hawks setting up camp in the paint with not even a 3 count is a wtf moment. Thibs has been going bonkers over it all series long.

Rose's shot selection is way better than Westbrook's--they may take similar numbers of shots but Rose's shots are mostly good while Westbrook's are mostly not--and anyway the offense is supposed to run through Rose, whereas the OKC offense is supposed to run differently. Pau is bad because he's a skilled seven footer yet for whatever reason he falls apart and doesn't use his size or skill whenever he's being played physically. Boozer has been largely a disappointment recently because he hasn't been nearly as aggressive on offense as he should be, but you can't compare him to Westbrook because it's not like he's handling the ball... Edit: Deng isn't even really an offensive player, yes he's a good slasher and he has a decent jump shot but he's not going to be creating any offense on his own, and since Boozer is a post-up guy he can't create offense either he has to take what the defense gives him. It's not Westbrook's drives to the hoop that are the problem it's his tendency to chuck up bad jumpers.

Are you positive? I'm not sure you can hand check on the perimeter, even with one hand. I'll look up the rule book. EDIT: Hi, from NBA website: Hand Checking: A defender may not place and keep his hand on an opponent unless he is in the area near the basket with his back to the basket. A defender may momentarily touch an opponent with his hand anywhere on the court as long as it does not affect the opponent’s movement (speed, quickness, balance, rhythm). Hand-checking, you can't do it.
