This exactly. If it were me, I wouldn't have said "Are you strong enough" - just "can you" but the message would have been exactly the same. He probably thought it was actual failure, not just a technique problem.

When the weights start getting real heavy it'll become more apparent why you do so many warmup sets. Just do 'em in the meantime to get used to them.

My weights are low enough for press the numbers are sometimes ~= 2*5 @ 25 then 3*5 @ 25. Just do one, or combine, or?

I would consolidate them a bit, because you don't want to tire yourself out too badly on your warmup sets.

Raaawr. Just did , 95lb squat. Almost bodyweight ^^
It's getting really really hard though, and my current setup is less than optimal. If it gets much heavier I'll really probably have to suck it up and get gym membership...
Good job froadac. How you likin' things so far?
wow froadac you are one lightweight dude
Very good >.>
Well, I've gone from 98 to 110 pounds in 3 weeks >.>
I don't know if all you guys remember, but I"ll be undergoing another surgery in the next couple months. They'll cut a bunch of muscles in my neck and I'll be out of commission for 3 months entirely :/
No I don't remember, jesus. Why is that happening?
Well, after a couple botched surgeries one of my fusions from scoliosis failed to fuse. So more surgery.
Oh, and some shittily placed rods need to be removed posteriorally.
Ah, what a massive nuisance. Well the good news is that as soon as you are able, you'll be able to hit the gym again and in no time them muscles will be back stronger than ever.
Starting yoga again tomorrow, I'm excited
Hehe. I wouldn't think of you as a yoga person, but I'm sure it's good.
He's probably just excited about all the chicks in tight fitting clothes.
