whats the best why to stay hydrated ?
The mineral that makes you able to assimilate water is mostly salt (sodium chloride) So if you happen to (/need to) drink such water, you need to eat something salty with it (not too much though, like a few crisps is enough).

Too much water will actually kill you. It's called water intoxication where the electrolyte balance gets fucked up.

On the whole the US is loosening up about things albeit slowly, the prudency/war on sex (the latter I don't know where you got the term from, we prefer to war on drugs and terrorism) in the media is by and large a hold over from network television or when there were basically 4 channels and broadcast days actually ended.

Assuming you lose your liquid through sweating, which takes away your salt etc, drinking pure water will not be enough if you are sweating a lot. These isotonic sports drinks are supposed to have a good balance for that though. So if you do heavy training for long (many hours) or really sweat a lot for other reasons, this sports drink are good. I used them sometimes when I was playing sports tournaments, several games per day, in hot climate, and I think it help me to stay up, although can have been placebo.
But really only an issue if you sweat a lot for really long. A normal training session of 90 minutes or so wouldn't really require it as I understand.

I guess, it is kind of a policy naming trope at this point. Kind of like any scandal is suffixed with, "gate," thanks to Watergate, Nancy Reagan kicked off the War on X phenomena.

It means i changed the letter from the actual quote (capitalising to make it a sentence start, usually it is used to declinate/conjugate to make the quote fit the sentence structure)
