On topic, Vel'koz seems like release Xerath to me at first opinion. Kind of meh burst, poor mobility, but an ultra sick combo.

If the game wasn't balanced for their level of play, they'd probably stop playing as much. If they stopped playing as much, they'd probably also stop watching games as much. Professional play would get less popular, the game would get less popular, and Riot would make less money. It's really pretty common sense. | ||

You mean 3.0? Hue 120% Holy damage in an in AoE and immunity to CC on like a 6 second CD, no mana costs ever. | ||
