This double Stargate build is perfectly viable and is becoming popular on EU ladder as well because it allows you to deal with mutas and stupid roach all-ins. It's what the PvZ meta-game is shifting to, deal with it.

Trust me if Tassadar was Zerg or Terran and he would have played the same way vs Morrow he would have never won that game. So why dont you switch to Protoss and get your code s already?

So good. edit: morrow still has some zvts to play anyway, there's still hope. From what I saw, the worst player in that game lost. Get glasses. I've played Tassadar in Korea he's nowhere near the level of Morrow. He's just pulling out stupid builds with poor execution in these matches. Who is the one who lost to a stupid build with poor execution? lol Ok I'll rephrase it. Tassadar is the worst player between the two, he pulled out stupid builds in both matches he played today and he won against Morrow with a poorly executed all in that totally relied on Morrow not being prepared, hence didn't require any deep preparation or response to what his opponent was doing. In short I'm saying Tassadar is playing like a scrub. You need to calm the hell down. Morrow played worse and lost, that's it. If he lost cause he played worse then I wouldn't be so upset about the result of the match. Still fun how people fail to realize how protoss game design is a complete failure. I'm not gonna talk about this anymore since there's too many clueless players who don't understand we're watching poker and not starcraft.

Trust me if Tassadar was Zerg or Terran and he would have played the same way vs Morrow he would have never won that game. There are a bunch of terran all-ins in TvP which are pretty hard to predict/scout as well. If we're going down this path, then let me tell you that Protoss has about three times the 1/2 base all-ins in PvT that terran has, and they are also difficult to scout because you can proxy them anywhere on the map. Also please let's focus on the games instead of the usual whining.

The huge attack he did was after he took a 3rd... Double stargate when you hide 5 void rays + phoenixes is an allin.. You're embarassing yourself. Watch the game ffs, where was it an all-in ? Ahah, Cloud and TT1 are also embarassing themselves so, cause they also say that's allinish play ... Do tons of damage or lose the game, isn't that the definition of all-in, Killer just managed to do the needed damage. There's a difference between a build that's allin and a build that requires dmg to be done... Hero plays 2stargate a lot, because most people(pros) suck at multitasking it's seen as a bad/cheesy build. Watch Hero do it and it looks totally different. You get lots of scouting/harass and force your opponent to compete in multitasking(which is why hero is so good with this build). So your point is... that it wasn't all in? My point is that definitions of certain builds depend on the player's skill, at least now that SC2 isn't developed much. But doesn't HerO still have to do "some" damage with 2 Stargate, and if he doesn't he's behind?

Colossus also need a crtical number, just enough where they can start to wipe out bio in a few hits, having two colossus + Immortals is worse than 4 Colossus and no immos because you end up leaving a ton of shit with red life and not being able to kill anything

At what point is Tassadar ahead / safe-ish to take a third? thats hard to say because if its very situational, if your playing vs a solid zerg then killing queens/forcing 3-4 spores per base isnt enought to justify the 2 stargates, u have to kill a base or catch the z off guard so u can kill alot of drones and force ALOT of spores on a base just so u can justify the tech, its a luck based build thats why im not too fond of it.. that being said u should always have these type of builds in ur arsenal because theyre needed if ur playing someone in a long series, i dont agree with using this type of build in a bo1 tho Well, what build should he have used? Dual Sight is not exactly Protoss-friendly.
