DAYBREAK!

Ryung is 2-2 on this map in the GSL, while Morrow has yet to play (he's only played 2 games guys)

Ryung's 1-1 vZ on this map overall, losing to July back in August and beating YuGiOh this season. Morrow has yet to play a Terran on Daybreak, but he's BEEN a Terran, going 1-1 in his TvZs.

CROSSFIRE

Bomber is 6-6 on this map in the GSL, while SangHo is 2-1

Despite his reputation for TvP ability, his only win on this map vs a Protoss is agaisnt IMReady back in May (wow, there's a name I haven't heard in a while). Killer has yet to play a Terran on this map, and his 2-2 record doesn't indicate much. Guess we'll see.

One concern that I have is that he may not take these matches seriously, considering he's going to the military soon.

Antiga Shipyard!

Tassadar is 2-2 on this map in the GSL, while GuMiho is 1-2

Cool stat for Tassadar. He's unbeaten on Antiga agaisnt Terran AND Protoss. His 3-0 record (Taeja, Hoon and Select) doesn't bode well for his opponent. GuMiho's only game vP on this map was a win over Puzzle, but his overall record (2-4) doesn't help his case.

BEL'SHIR BEACH

Ryung is 2-4 on this map in the GSL, while Bomber is 1-2

You know, for a TvT beast, Ryung doesn't exactly have a good record on his map versus Terran. Both games ended in losses for the tuna Terran (MMA and GuMiho with the wins). Bomber on the other hand, is "undefeated" vT on this map, winning his only game vs Rainbow. Either way, this is going to be amazing.

These guys have met 7 times, including that outrageous game on Crossfire back in October. Ryung is 4-3 up

DUAL SIGHT

Morrow is 0-0 on this map in the GSL, while Tassadar is 3-2

I always prepare a stats spreadsheet for these days. And today, there's a lot of eyes looking at me…0-0 everywhere. Anywho. Tassadar's 2-2 record is interesting. Beating the likes of Curious and Leenock is impressive, but losing to Sirius isn't. Losing to Losira is slightly understandable (ZvP-who-isn't-Brown beast as he is). Morrow's experience on Dual Sight is mostly vT, but he's still 2-1 vP, beating Mana and TT1, and losing to Bischu. He's also on a 6-win stream on this map, so this should be good.

TAL'DARIM ALTAR

SangHo is 4-3 on this map in the GSL, while GuMiho is 3-0

TDA :D :D :D

Killer's record is bang in the middle for PvT on this map (3-3) so nothing of note there. His overall stat is also exactly down the middle, going 5-5 overall. GuMiho's only game vT on this map is a win over Slog. But his overall record is impressive, going 8-3 on TDA, which includes a TvT win over Bomber and a win over Nestea!

CALM BEFORE THE STORM

Both Ryung and Tassadar have yet to play on this map in the GSL

Oh Calm…why you no have more games. We'll forget the map for a second, and focus on the race wins instead I guess.

Ryung's 7-10 vP overall, while Tassaadr's 5-8….

Ok, lets just watch this game instead


One thing I want to point out though. A lot of people claim this map is super powerful for Protoss. Well in PvT, its less that the map is great PvT, but more that the maP is great OzvT or SangHovT. Take those 2 out, things change quickly.

ANTIGA SHIPYARD

Morrow has yet to play this map in the GSL, while SangHo is 2-2

Both sides are 0-1 against their opponent's race, but at the same time both boast at least one impressive win on the map. Morrow beat Idra in the NASL (apparently that was a ZvZ, anyone can confirm that? I thought all his vZs were Terran) while SangHo beat Polt. Anyone's game

TAL'DARIM ALTAR

Bomber is 3-5 on this map in the GSL, while GuMiho is 3-0

Bomber's 2-6 record on TDA is not that impressive, but don't forget that one of those losses was to MVP in the very first GSTL final, and we all know how amazing that was. In a sharp contrast, GuMiho is 5-2 vT on TDA, with wins over the likes of Puma, TheSTC and Bomber himself. In fact, that win is the only time these two have met.

DAYBREAK!

Ryung is 2-2 on this map in the GSL, while Killer is 1-1

Ryung's 0-2 record vP on Daybreak came at the hands of two new Protoss heroes, Tails and Brown. SangHo is sitting pretty with his undefeated PvT record of 1-0 on this map….ok I'm stretching here. Their last meeting was back in July, SangHo taking the win.

BEL'SHIR BEACH

Morrow has yet to play on this map in the GSL, while GuMiho is 1-3

I was ready to say that Morrow hasn't played on Bel'Shir Beach much. Then I saw that he's 6-0 on this map, with wins over the likes of Jinro, Hero and Sjow. Holy crap! That coupled with the fact that GuMiho being only 5-6 on this map overall, as well as a 5-game losing streak, really favours Morrow.

…ok Gom messed up I think. They said Bomber is 1-1, but that "win" was actually against Rainbow, and Bomber lost that game. In fact, he's lost every game he's played on this map, including to Check and Oz. Tassadar's 1-1 on this map, but both games were agaisnt Zerg (beating Life, losing to Symbol)

Not much to say on this map. GuMiho's only game vT on this map was against Ryung, and he lost. Ryung's 2-2 himself, beating Bomber as well as GuMiho, but losing to MVP and Bomber (those 2 have played against each other a lot!)
