The first lines seems to work allright ('Subtitles created by Bard' etc), but when the commentators starts to speak, they speak for 30 seconds before the subtitles begin appearing. The size of the vod I'm using is 192.031.955 byte and its the one from Heavens FTP server.
Is it the wrong VOD? (Yeah, its game 1, I know that, but perhaps there are more than 1 version)

Bard mentioned earlier that he subtitle the VODs that appear on TL.net tracker. If there are timing problems (subtitle out of sync with audio) then there is a way to readjust the subtitle to match the audio. Its in this thread somewhere. I suggest going backwards instead of from the beginning . Hope that helps.

If you still have problems Download subtitle workshop click here Open the smi file
Now go to Edit -> Timings -> Set delay
Set the delay as - 00:01:08,000 for all subtitles
Save it and now game 5 should work

I'm gonna use my virgin post to thank you for the great work on the subtitles. Having previously only heard Whacksteven's commentary I didn't believe the commentary could really add value to watching the game, but those koreans know what they are talking about.
I hope you will continue your great work!

In all honesty, it may take a while before those come out, I think Bard is very busy nowadays, so I would go ahead and watch the VODs awhile... you can PM him if you want to be sure of course.

Maybe you could put a timestamp behind every new addition in your first post, so you can see what's the newest stuff. Like:
2005 So1 Star League - Boxer vs Pusan
Game1 *added 13-03-2006* Game2 *added 15-03-2006* Game3 *added 15-03-2006* Game4 *added 19-03-2006* Game5 *added 19-03-2006*
Anyway, many thanks for your hard work. I know subbing is a tough job, props!

I'll take the blame for their delay, I actually JUST finished up editing games 1 + 2.
And lemme say, even though the games are short, the commentary is very interesting. ^_^
