Well the fact that he's not doing it full time is bad but apparently that will change. If anything, I feel CLG is not going to renew Monte. Yeah I saw him saying that his temporary position as coach is not gonna last and it will change one way or the other. Can't really see him giving up casting in OGN so he'll probably gonna leave CLG.

Well I mean he placed too much faith on CLG to speed launch his coaching career (especially with all the trashtalking). Now I feel his coaching career is over.
Very unlikely that he will be able to find a coaching position for any other teams now.

What makes you think that with such certainty? It makes very little sense considering the current scene in LoL is desperate for anyone who can coach/analyze games. He fits this role without even trying. His primary job is to watch and analyze the #1 region in the world, and his coaching CLG as a secondary job gave him experience needed for other teams. I don't know why people are pretending that montecristo failed so badly that no teams would pick him up. The reality is most likely that I don't think he would easily pick up a coaching position again for teams he didn't want to help. I think this stint with CLG has probably given him a wake up call in certain aspects of his role, and it's really all up to him if he wants to continue or not.
Basically it all comes down to whether monte decides if coaching a team is worth the stress/drama/time he spends on them. Just like with any other job.

Both teams will be easily crushed by Complexity.

I feel he burned too many bridges on NA and EU is (unfortunately) not where the money lies. On NA I can see him coaching for EG, but that's probably about it.
For EU it's hard to say, but there aren't so many big organizations out there that need him.

Guess what? everyone is fucking watching the 4 hour talk show, every week, and pro's keep showing up. I seriously doubt there are any real bridges burnt outside of TSM.
Phreak's pronunciation of these names is making me laugh so hard.

I don't think Monte will be a coach for any team since he can't commit that much time. Analyst or consultant is possible for him though, which isn't that different from what he's already doing.

I used to have a pretty good job. While I had this job, I also had some spare time - which allowed me to talk about various IT companies in the Greater Toronto Area (where I live at) as a livestream/Youtube/Podcast talk show.
In a particular episode, I talked about a particular company (Company A), and gave my opinion that Company A is... shall we say, not too good.
Fate had it, I lost that job. Out of options, I applied for a position at Company A. The human resource guy at Company A knew about my show and was aware of the comment I made about Company A on the show.
What do you think is my chances of getting a job at Company A?

PEX performing pretty poorly, shouldn't have bad milk before games.

Facepalm. These teams are so bad.

PEX basically was not aware of how behind they were (come on, count your CS/dragon/tower). That guy whose name is being pronounced in Spanish over and over again by Phreak was like "oh hey, we are 9-9 and even, let me Flash in to make a play!" and DUN DUN DUN...~~~~~
Like I said, pretty sure Complexity is better than these two teams by miles. I think it's good that Brazil can show up on WC, but these games.... I donno.

Dude KMB please win already.

if they agreed with your opinion and wanted to improve then pretty damn high. even higher if they need to fill a position and you're the only one applying.

That guy whose name is being pronounced in Spanish over and over again by Phreak is going to get fined.

1. He won't be the only one applying.
2. He didn't actually show good results with CLG. Regardless if it's his fault or not, it does not matter. At the end of the day, no results while on CLG.

Another factor is the money he is probably expacting. most establishes teams have their coaches/analysts found already and lower tier teams that might be interested and need someone might look for less risky options (cheaper and actually in their region).
