Have you read this LR thread? The EU fans are just as delusional. I mean that's why they are fans of a certain team no? Isn't the a huge part of being a fan of a team in the first place? Everyone needs a certain amount of self-delusion when they are talking about/cheering for their region/team.

Fan is, after all, short for fanatic. But that doesn't mean some fans aren't realistic, I'm certainly a TSM fan but I'm just as critical of them as I am of any other team in any region.

Down to jungler for this game I think, I hear RuO is pretty bad and if Meteos is good enough C9 could pull this one out.
I actually really like Froggen as a commentator.

Hope c9 does well.Maybe that would piss off gambit and make at least 1 eu team MAYBE play decent would be great.

wut so if idiocy is widespread it becomes common sense? Fans who cannot support their team without having a distorted sense of their team's ability don't deserve to be fans. If you are a true fan you will support your team - that is wanting them to win regardless of how good they actually are.

If you are a true fan you will support your team - that is wanting them to win regardless of how good they actually are. That depends on how the nevironment they play in is set up. For example, the basketball team for my city is so bad that the only way they can become relevant against is to lose as many games as possible so they have more ping pong balls for a raffle so they can get a higher pick in the draft. If they win, I am upset.

It's funnier because I find it's much more prevalent in the EU fanbase than the NA fanbase on the whole.
