Is he going to be casting LoL? Day9 does all of the casting for AHGL, because it is a league that he started (if i'm not mistaken.) Judging by the talent level of the Starcraft players from last year, Smash is probably going to be WAY better than most (or all) of the other people and need to carry hard. The spear thing was just me trying to make a joke. Day9 likes to mix in Brood War terms and jokes all the time in his casting. But that's why I wonder....is he going to have Travis cast LoL then or something since he in all likelihood cannot cast the AHGL LoL games?
Maybe he can get guest commentators in Jinro/Huk/Tyler lol.

So do the other two (that's why it was brought up) though I would guess Tyler's game knowledge is better.

It's so sad actually I'm so bored at SC2's game that I even prefer watching LOL's games at IEM.. Can anybody gives me any feed on TSM at IEM ? could not watch any games except the first against SK where they completly dominated.

And Chu was never one of the top players. Maybe if you wanted to stretch the list to 500-1000 players you could fit him in. But that is a very large difference between competitive player and high elo.
Is that a joke?
Chu was #1 on the solo que ladder after only a few months playing and was a "sub" for solomid gaming simply because he didn't even take League of Legends seriously.
He is far and above the most mechanically and strategically sound player to have played League of Legends, far more than even big names like Reginald, HotshotGG, etc. Stretching the list to 500-1000 players. Lmao. Chu8 regularly STOMPED tournament players in solo que all the time in his lane.

Chu was #1 on the solo que ladder after only a few months playing and was a "sub" for solo mid simply because he didn't even take League of Legends seriously. That's not what I've seen from his stream, his stream was pretty mediocre when I watched it a couple of times, never impressed so never watched it again lol. Friend of mine who plays this game for fun STOMPED tournament players aswell, doesn't mean he's tournament player quality it just means tournament players play soloqueue as soloqueue and not as a tournament. So yeah, until chu8 STOMPS tournament players in his lane(the entire game revolves around winning your lane right) in an actual tournament, he'll remain a mediocre high elo streamer.

Strategically absolutely not. He gets caught out of position and doing stupid things more than doublelift. At least he was during the go4lol games I watched recently. I wasn't paying attention to his CS'ing skills to comment on that, but Chaox would be my top pick for best mechanically personally, but I hadn't even heard of this chu8 until I saw him on go4lol ^_^

Chu8 for a period of time was easily top 10 to top 20 player and his Maoki was pretty much scary as shit in League of Legends. Saying that you need to stretch the list to 500-1000 players is hilarious considering this is a guy who walked in with almost no League experience and basically just ROFLSTOMPED his way to the top in a matter of months. By top, I mean he literally occupied the top spot of the ELO ladder for a period of time.

Thanks Two_Dwo and JBright for those fast answers.
I have another question, just bought Tryndamere and got destroyed solo top against nidalee (like destroyed). It's normal or is just me being bad ? How should I counter her ?

Was he ever CLOSE to top 100 overall lol players? No. Solo q points mean jack shit in terms of actual skill once you pass the 2k mark.

Yes, that's why TSM, one of the best teams in league, picked him up as a sub. The guy that plays League of Legends for shits and giggles who roflstomped his way to the top. He's not even top 100 players overall, but they still picked him up.
Please, don't make me laugh. Chu8 easily top 20 player, and his Maoki laning was pretty much unrivaled. It was Chu8 who even started the whole Maoki craze in the first place.
Indeed, I'd love for you to name 100 players better than Chu8. I would love to see it.

You wanna say he's a good player, go right ahead, but you've got to be kidding me making a claim like "far and above the most mechanically and strategically sound play to have played League of Legends."
EDIT: for the record, T_D not giving Chu enough credit. It's basically physically impossible to get #1 on the ladder past like 1 month without being top 50 individual LoL players and you're just being a hater if you've managed convince yourself otherwise. Is Chu top 50 right now? no, but to say he wasn't when he hit #1 on the ladder is just asinine.

He is, doesn't do dumb shit like HotShotGG like getting caught way out of position so he his whole team gets wiped and loses against a Chinese team they were heavily favored against. He's a part time League of Legends player for the most part and pretty much can go toe to toe with any top player in his respective lane. It's pretty impressive when you think about it.
He also simply does not miss last hits. Ever. He hardly ever misses skill shots. I see the "top pros" regularly miss their skill shots on a consistent basis. Chu doesn't miss that often, and if he does it's usually because he's using it to control space.
