Stonewall hinted (he is in the closed test realm but obviously under NDA) that it´s a bandaid until they rework the jungle. The key difference is that EVERYONE is supposed to be able to be able to take jungle camps.
In that case your powerfull jungle would be countered by the fact that the whole enemy team (and stupid allies) steals your camps, not just their jungler.

Like I said before, Riot is going to completely fuck up any jungle remake they attempt.

If camps are significantly weaker, then they give less exp... which means that they can't just waltz out of the lane and take the camps constantly cause it wouldn't be worth it, especially with wards..
Honestly only way this would work is if we got more of the dota/hon style lanes with a long/short lane, where 1 lane is more exposed to the enemy jungle past the river, where you can quickly take camps etc.. And since this isn't Dota/Hon on purpose, I doubt that's a change thats going to happen. Although man would I love to be able to block camps from spawning with wards :D.

You can leave the lane if you push hard, it´s done constantly when people want to buy. Still there is a reason the jungleremake isn´t in yet...
The change for the jungle isn´t about buff or nerf but a focus away from a shopping list of PvE creeps to punch in order. It´s a big though good change imho and worth the turmoil that inevitably ensues after such a big change.

I think that if they were going to remake the jungle why not do it on another 5v5 summoner's rift like map. I mean the community has always wanted a new map and that way they would at least have an opportunity to test the changes before forcing it on tourneys.

People that clear camps quickly, and top laners on the purple side will be able to take golems/wraiths quite a bit giving them a small edge.
I like to take golems with shen @ top, only costs me one potion, and its only gonna be easier with this patch.

i prefer listening to korean/chinese over english lol
i was watching ur stream with my friend last night and he said we should switch to an EG stream because its in english
i told him to go find a new friend

A lot of us watched BW on hazy quality restreams from people who VPN-ed into Korean Networks. On TL at least, I don't think people would mind. In terns of the wider community, there might be demand since there aren't really any Korean streamers and you'd be unique.

Anyone know good singed top match ups? Pretty much every time I pick him I get countered so hard its not fun. Sion and renekton shit on him. Teemo too. Are there some safe tops vs singed?

There aren't many "safe" tops for Singed really. Cho and Galio just make it a farm fest, which works out for Singed. A lot of the other champs are really about how good you are at Singed. The hardest part is making it to your catalyst, but once that is done, you're pretty close to unkillable. I haven't tried him with new masteries yet though.
Or you could be like me: always push, never not push, feed ~4 kills in lane, and then carry anyway. The Soniv Strat is tried and true by quite a few members of the community ;P

singed actually takes a dump on garen because his initation is completely countered by the silence interupt delay.
Every time garen tries to move in to decisive strike just queue up fling and you'll get it off 100% of the time (assuming garen doesn't start right next to you )
You can easily stop garen's passive by tapping poison next to him, it doesnt get creep aggro and stops his otherwise very obnoxious lane sustain
This ends up garen starting his judgement way too far away and doing very little damage. buy a chain armor and ensure victory

I once laned Sion vs Singed top, and the Singed would always pop my shield with Fling + Poison asap, making it impossible for me to auto the minions once before exploding the shield. As soon as the shield is down, Sion can't stay to lasthit.
Not sure what Singed's exact setup was, but if you can pop Sion's shield, he should be pretty easy to deal with. Even easier now that the shield is a bit weaker.
I guess Nasus vs Singed will just be freefarm for both, but whether you want that or not is debatable.

Do you run a full armor page for Garen? I find that Garen gives me a tough time top when I'm Singed.
