Why are you even discussing jungle speed when it's freaking boots start? The fact that Xin (and several other junglers including Skarner and Udyr) can do full clears with boots, and threaten boots gank without having to go back is pretty huge. How fast they clear isn't even the relevant issue here. Yes Rammus ganks are still stronger probably. Though Rammus could probably get away with starting boots also (and don't tell me that a level 3 Rammus gank with Boots doesn't sound scary as fuck). | ||

you havent played on the new patch enough yet then how is a weak level 1-5 character gonna do anything when good lvl 1-5 characters get stomped? doesnt make sense | ||

check out the new offensive masteries i heard they are pretty cool at getting rid of armor. also riven finisher with executioner = rofl damage in other news westrice penta with akali in a scrim. real nerfed. | ||
