What you need: 8 oz Extra Sharp White Chedder 12 oz Cottage Cheese 8 oz Sour Cream 1/4 cup Parmasean 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup Butter Can of Tomato Soup Boil the noodles until they're soft (about a lb of them, or 16 oz) then put them into a pan similar to the one I have shown. Mix the cheeses together (grate the cheddar and parmasean), and then stir the bread crumbs and melted butter together, using it to make a thin layer over the top of the mac. Bake it at 350º, while boiling up some tomato soup. When it's done baking, add the soup and stir. Voila! I've won competitions with this shit. ![]() Before Tomato Soup was added.

You boil the noodles and then add all the ingredients to that or do you like mix the ingredients first and bring them to a boil or something then add to the noodles? I really wanna make some mac and cheese now lol.

The key is to use at most only a splash of milk, otherwise it is too watery. I also found that the key part of the preparation is the butter. Too much and it will just taste like butter...too little and it will taste like crap. I use about 3 spoons of butter. Then you mix the cheese in, and if you want to ensure it will be cheesy then add in slices of cheese (if you're poor) or some sliced cheese from a block (better). Hot dog slices are baller with it btw.

Begin melting 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan over low-medium heat, add in 4 tablespoons of flour halfway through the melting process and let them cook together(stirring constantly) for a few minutes. 2. Add 2 cups of warm milk(or cream if you are a skinny bastard) and whisk it over medium heat until it begins to simmer and thicken. 3. Throw in some of that spice shit(I like salt, pepper, mustard powder, chili flakes and Worcestershire sauce) 4. Add grated sharp cheddar and/or whatever other cheese you like. This white sauce can take a lot of cheese, so play around with however much you like. 5. Stir in your cooked pasta and A) Eat it as it is because it's already delicious, or B) Bake it in the oven with some breadcrumbs(preferably panko and some seasoning on top, like a snowstorm of chili flakes because you are a fucking manly man.) 6. Spend the next month making this and only this. that shit is classic flour butter + milk and cheese is the base of pretty much every home made mac and cheese. it's so simple but soooo goooooood. but regarding kraft, i like putting a lil bit of ketchup in mine. hotsauce sounds good, it makes everything better. i actually don't hate kraft dinner that much, it tastes.. decent i guess.

Flash it in the oven until its golden brown, you can season with Italiano if you like that kinda thing. A extra layer of cheese on the bread crumbs is nice, I like the texture. Doing this with cut up hot dogs or with a pasta sauce and seasoned ground beef is tasty.
