Indeed, the ruler can't be good if he kills his own younger brother to claim the iron throne. Tywin fits perfectly, but all those crimes he made before...I can't symphatize him aswell.
not to mention he brought the country so far into debt knowing he didn't and wouldn't have the funds to pay it back. thats not exactly good leadership.
Technically it was Littlefinger under Robert who brought the country into debt, which Tywin was okay with when a lot of the money was lent by him. But the mines have now emptied (unexpectedly, I assume) so he's SoL.
Is the thing about Littlefinger being named Lord Paramount of the Riverlands true? I could swear it was the creepy Twins guy who was in charge now (from the conversation between him and Bolton.)
It is, Baelish was promised the Riverlands long before the war ended. Walder Frey got Riverrun, the old Tully seat, but not all their lands.
But the riverlands are in turmoil, and being lord paramount in name only means nothing if you cant convince the lesser noble houses and bannermen to support you.

De facto of the Vale, but not acting in any capacity. He might be the official regent, if he was smart enough to get Lysa to put anything in writing before he killed her.

Stannis would be the best ruler by far. The first thing he would do is clean the court and behead alot of corrupted people, something the others (except for dany) would never do. The others would have problems of legitimacy so it won't be possible for them to unite Westeros. Stannis holds his promises and he would repay Bravoos, The only problem I see with him is his successor, he doesn't have one and probably won't have one so in the long run the situation could get worse if he becomes king.
Are we forgetting that Stannis has this mental red woman at his side? No matter how good of a person/ruler he is or could be, she will always be there to fuck shit up with her insane religion and burning people which would create huge instability.

But he was given regency of the riverland with harrenahll, and now, with robin arryn being to young to mak his own decision, he has authority over both region ? Or am I missing something ?

Regency in name means nothing if the bannermen/houses arent loyal to you (see what happened to the starks and tullys) i doubt Baelish, who has no men yet, has any practical influence in the Riverlands. A title alone doesnt get you far if you cant inspire men to die for you.

Tywin told cersei a few episodes that the mines dried up more than a few years ago. that tywin has been borrowing the whole time from the iron bank. Tywin loaned money he borrowed to robert to fund the rebellion and the kingdom presumably in order to put the debt on the crown instead of the lannister's so he can get the other houses to pay his own debt.

The rebellion happened 17-18 years ago, and Tywin didnt fund Roberts rebellion. He was neutral during the war...

In the scene between tywin and cersei, tywin says that robert had him funding him and that wars swallowed gold like a pit. the only war we know of with robert is the rebellion right? the implication is the lannisters funded robert while remaining neutral publicly.and in exchange robert married a lannister.
and then there are the season 1 references robert makes to cersei going something like: "i needed your fathers gold"
Tywin could have easily been referring to the current war, and Robert was supposed to marry Ned's sister Lyanna. She died after the sack of King's Landing, so Tywin's support didn't start before that. I'm pretty sure Robert needed gold to reimburse his war debts and rebuild the country, which is why he then married Cersei.
The war in question was the rebellion of Balon Greyjoy. Remember that Theon Greyjoy was given to Ned Stark? That happened after Robert was already king.

It's a feudal system, you have a bunch of lords answering to one top lord. Back when the 7 kingdoms were 7 kingdoms there would have been king's of the Vale and lords beneath them. After it was unified you instead get 7 top lords and a bunch of lesser ones.
i was just rewatching some of jorahs scenes, and there was one where he was talking to one of the dothraki boys about the curved blade vs the boardsword, what happened to this guy? wasnt he pretty loyal to danny and drogo and like friends with jorah where is he now, did he go with the other dothraki went they left danny? Also we havnt seen dothraki in ages surely when dannys marching around with her army some of the dothraki are gonna try and raid them at night?
