Really great run and TOP4 is a great success for a returning champion in this cutthroat meta and how teams are close together Kuroky now sits alone on the throne of the all time money list And Imo is hands down the greatest dota player of all time

On the other hand the shuffling teams seem to have been doing well over the last few TIs, OG, EG and LGD this year, Gh as a mid season addition for liquid last yea, LFY and LGD shuffling pre TI7, DC EG and Fnatic out of the TI6 top 4 participating in the mid season shuffle and so forth. There is a worrying trend actually :D

Ummm I think the opposite is true actually in the LGD series They went for the in-meta wisp gyro and PL+Shaker + Ench vs LGD Kuro admitted LGD caught them off guard with their strategy and he didn't grasp what they were doing enough. And vs EG I feel like Kuro got outplayed with the Suma1l last picks (Storm + Timber) the Viper/CK were reactionary picks that made a lot of sense.

They were with VP the most consistent team not only across this season but already from before TI7. Class is permanent as they say. They have great chemistry in and out of the game though that's something really hard to walk away from until bad results come

Now the last unknown is what will happen in the upcoming major patch. Question is will it happen before, during or after the qualifiers.

And while i do agree the losses at TI were mostly due to weaker drafts, i don't think they drafted poorly, it was more so that their strats were limited and not as good as their opponents, wich then led to having weaker drafts against both eg and lgd.
