Not to mention VP didn't do anything different, they are playing the same heroes / strats. And the way to beat a chinese team is to put them out of their comfort zone. Kuro knows how to do it. i agree with this. VP also was super tilted after how game 1 ended.

I think Liquid only made one mistake the whole series when matu pushed a little too far on brood game 2. But probably that was because the game was already over at that point, I don’t think he gets that greedy if they are feeling behind. The feeling I got from the optic series is that liquid will only lose if they pick pudge techies

Liquid beat LGD with first phase broodmother. I'm not giving LGD 40%, but I hope they at least make this competitive. I was on a boat for last year's dream run and didn't get to watch it live, so it'd be nice to get to see some close games before liquid takes it home ![]()

EDIT: although LGD picked it vs gyro/io too with a pick remaining so obviously the pros know something I don't EDIT2: oh it's so you charge and kill Io making wisp and easy kill, makes sense yeah So drafts were okay

![]() As for drafts, Im far from being an expert, but did LGD have two consecutive last picks? What gives? To me it seemed like each time the 10th pick (both time LGD) was game-changing. Not saying that it would necessarily change the outcome, but definitely how onesided the game would be.

LGD played good, yes, but those were two outdrafts. First time it was our mistake. second one just a nice draft from LCD, ofcourse they played awesome. That helped as well. Good thing for us now there will be more Liquid games.
