Therefore, it is obvious that Void Rays are in need of a significant buff. The protoss currently do not have the capabilty to utterly destroy a defended enemy base with a single, unmicro'd unit. This is unbalanced in the extreme. For this purpose, the Void Ray should have its range multiplied by twenty, and its prismatic beam should split repeatedly upon impacting an enemy unit This should provide the Protoss with a more effective unit in the PvZ matchup, as well as enabling them to more easily crack the shell of a turtling terran. | ||
