TeamLiquid University is a private institution located in the United States. Until 2003, TeamLiquid was a single-sex institution whose students were all men. Since it began to admit women, TeamLiquid has hoped to enroll a class that is roughly equally divided between men and women. Given its reputation as a men's institution, however, it has found that goal hard to meet, because men continue to apply in much greater numbers than women. As of 2008, the entering class was still nearly 80,000/0 male. Accordingly, in 2008 TeamLiquid modified its admissions policy by setting aside one-third of the seats in the entering class for female students only. T. Dot Crazy, a man, applied to TeamLiquid and was rejected. He then brought suit against TeamLiquid in the United States District Court. His sole claim is that TeamLiquid's admissions policy violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. You are the district judge. Both parties stipulate to all the facts above and move for summary judgment. Decide the motions. 500 word limit on answer, fastest acceptable answer posted wins (judged by me). The judge rules in favor of T. Dot Crazy because it is reverse discrimination.

Motion Denied. EPC applies to states, this is a private institution. Affirmative action would apply if it was a public institution which is what that case law is.
