It is the opinion of this court that Team Liquid University is violating the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. As the rulings in many courts, allowing certain individuals an allotted slot over other applicants is unbalanced and not fair. This allows the rules of application to be biased to others, and not equal. In Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1, Chief Justice Roberts said, "The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race." The same must be said for sex. Even if a school is highly male and needs to be integrated, it cannot take the easy way out and allow unfair advantages to be taken. A clear and precise methodology should be taken. The case of Ricci v. DeStefano also was ruled that these sorts of rules create an unbalanced environment for all. Courts should start taking a stand on these cases with more hindsight into the past decision of judges. Case Dismissed.

A school can choose to reject all women or men, and be single sex, just like a school can reject people of other faiths who desire to be in a single faith institution, other than there own. but like I said (first i believe) because it's a private institution, not run by a state or federal government, they have the right to except whoever the fuck they want. P.S. can I edit this into the original without being penalized?

The Equal Protection Clause is limited to the powers of Government bodies and not to the private institutions under it. This limitation has been in place since 1883.
