Hi TL, Grast here.
For the last while I've been building a tool I always wanted for my own games, and it's finally ready. Repalyzer is a free Windows app that turns your StarCraft: Remastered replays into a searchable library, player trends and an in-depth review of every game.
It runs fully offline. There's no account, nothing is uploaded, and your original replay files are never changed, moved or deleted unless you ask.
Your whole replay collection, searchable

- Import the game's replay folder (works with or without subfolders - up to you) in one click, or drag in any folder or .rep file.
- Filter by player, race, opponent, map, length, date or integrity status (hack detection), and save the view.
- Background analysis works through your newest 300 games, one folder or the whole library, and pauses while StarCraft is open.
- Automatic mode analyses each game a few seconds after you play it and gives you a card with APM, supply blocked, idle workers and recommendation of one thing to fix.
See what wins you games, and what loses them

- A player dashboard for anyone in your library, including yourself - win rate by matchup, map and month, with your strongest and toughest matchup and map.
- Known Players links every nickname one person has used, so smurfs and renamed accounts count as one. Korean and foreigner progamer lists are included to start from (as of Sep 2026). All you need to do is add yourself and the nicknames you use.
- A scouting card for any opponent shows your head-to-head, their openings, what worked for you and the maps you met on.
- Patterns compares your wins with your losses - supply blocks, idle workers, opening build orders, even the best time of day for you to play.
One game, minute by minute
![[image loading]](https://starkraftika.com/img/repalyzer-repalyze.webp)
- Game at a glance: the moments that decided the game and the chances you missed.
- APM, hotkeys and build order: how much of your speed was spam, which control groups you really used, and both build orders side by side with a copy button so you can export the BO.
- Income, workers and supply: mining over time, production uptime, larva use, idle workers and every supply block.
- One thing to fix: the measure (Macro, Idle workers, Hotkeys or Speed) where this game fell furthest below your usual games in the matchup, with the worst minute to jump to.
Repalyzer replays each game in a copy of the Brood War engine, so economy, supply and timings come from what really happened on the map. A command that never succeeded, such as a building that was never placed, isn't counted as if it had.
Measure yourself against the pros
The download page has free replay packs of recent 1v1 games from 15 progamers, in their main race:
- Zerg: herO, Jaedong, Soma, Soulkey, ZeLoT
- Terran: Leta, Light, Rush, Sharp, Speed
- Protoss: Best, Bisu, Mini, Snow, Stork
Import a pack and Adept compares any game of yours with that player's average in the same matchup, minute by minute. You can also compare against your own usual games, your best game or any replay in your library.
The Skill shape scores Micro, Speed, Hotkeys, Idle workers and Macro from 0 to 10 on one pentagon, where a 10 is the level of the top 10% of progamers for that race and matchup. The benchmarks are based on 4000+ progamer replays, and the floor is based on ~700 replays at D/E/F lvl. The Game card puts the result, your Skill shape and key numbers on one picture to copy or save as a PNG.
Integrity review
Repalyzer can scan a replay for maphack and bot clues, such as selecting a unit the player couldn't have seen, and it includes a hidden-unit scan. Every clue is labelled by strength and no one is ever declared guilty: you decide, and you can mark games as reviewed, confirmed or suspected bot.
To be honest about the limits - unless someone uses a maphack blatantly, it's almost impossible to catch from your own replays alone. That being said - automations, bots, and similar cheats are detected in almost all cases.
Good to know
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The download is about 110 MB.
- Made for StarCraft: Remastered replays, and older 1.16 replays work too.
- English UI with a colour-blind safe palette, and text size up to 130%.

Repalyzer is a free tool made by a single player, and code-signing certificates cost hundreds of euros a year, so the installer is unsigned. Your browser and Windows SmartScreen will each ask once whether you trust it. The download page shows exactly what you'll see.
If you want to check the file before installation, the page shows its SHA-256 checksum, the certutil command to verify it and a VirusTotal scan. The same installer is also published on GitHub with its checksum.
