Yeah,, Obviously Lambo and Nerchio deserve it and they are really good, but i cant help but feel that anyone out of Reynor/Scarlett and even an in form Elazer would have much better chances against the top koreans. Its especially sad for Reynor who beat everyone he played against in WCS other than Serral and fell short 1 map and a few points :/

I don't know but Neeb was extremely dominant in some of those events. Either way, if someone really is a Bonjwa, nobody should be in doubt.

to be considered a bonjwa you need to win multiple starleagues anyway
and who cares

uThermal 1 map away from getting to Blizzcon

That's how it goes though - if soO had won a few more maps over the thousands of maps he's played over his career, he'd be a bonjwa rather than a sad meme Greatest is determined in just a few pivotal moments If soO won those finals he would be not just a bonjwa but the undisputed best player of all time, arguably including broodwar. Yet (some) people don't even put him on the list of best sc2 players. That's the difference a handful of maps can make

Yeah, Reynor only had half the WCS tournaments to compete in as the other players and still almost made it.

By the way, right now Serral would be in a group with TY and Gumiho and blizzcon. That would be a serious test for him.

I mean by this definition Flash is not a Bonjwa because i doubt him being one... Just shows that the term is kinda vague will always lead to discussion I guess.
But for me Serral is the undoubted best foreigner of all time and its not even close.

Can't believe Reynor was one map away from making Blizzcon.

Either Dark or Gumiho have to win supertournament for that to change (and a bunch of other players must not qualify or drop out early). Not likely

Serral wining his fourth championship seems less hype considering he did so playing almost only ZvZ.

Serral was the best this year but Neeb showed how it was done last year

Crazy how last time Serral dropped a Bo3+ series was in March against Maru.

Serral as not lost a single match since the start of may, it's amazing.
