I don't believe I lost any mammoths, just some chaff fliers that I really wanted to kill the upkeep for. On May 20 2014 06:10 Capricis wrote: Well I'm already here. And it's currently owned by some crazy elemental atheist, nothing to do with you. I'm just going to take it and then my guys will go have cake. More seriously, it's located deep in my territory, borders a fort, and makes no sense for you to take unless you were going to push in further. Either you give me something tangible as assurance that you're not going to press the attack, for instance some collateral gems for me to hold until it has moved out of the area; no, request denied..

Deep into nothing of yours. borders a fort, What does this have to do with anything? The only thing I can think of is, "I'll have more resources at that fort... Once I get around to taking that province in 432 turns!" Granted I am a noob and know little. Perhaps you were somehow engaged in symbiotic trade with the godless swine? and makes no sense for you to take unless you were going to push in further. ...Maybe I just want the throne / free neutral province?! Once again. Your flag isn't there. You are not king of that land. Finders keepers. Yet I hope we can act more... Sensible... In any future disputes that may arise between us.

You can either withdraw it or declare war. And no, you cannot take the throne either. I can, and will, take both you and Jotunheim on at once. Go find someone else to vulture off of. That's what she said anyway, honour Tolkien for sending me back the 125g after declaring war! Or kill him because he is busy with me~~

Yes, it is deep inside of my territory, and offers you great freedom of movement into my lands. What does this have to do with anything? The only thing I can think of is, "I'll have more resources at that fort... Once I get around to taking that province in 432 turns!" Granted I am a noob and know little. Perhaps you were somehow engaged in symbiotic trade with the godless swine? Because then you can move to besiege a fort, and an important lab that I have nearby. Either way, it's too close to vital territory. Your closest fort is 3 provinces away (56), and your closest lab is 2 provinces away (48). I have 2 right next to it. ...Maybe I just want the throne / free neutral province?! See above. It remains integral to my security that it remains uncapped or mine, due to the proximity it would place your army to important provinces. If Atlantis (if he wasn't AI) took province (49) (if it were uncapped) because it was a "free neutral", how exactly would you respond? That's the exact same position you're putting me in. It's horrendous strategic thinking, and needlessly antagonistic. I'm willing to negotiate a purchase of province (26) if you are somehow desperately in need of additional gold and want to overextend yourself. But the throne province? No. Once again. Your flag isn't there. You are not king of that land. Finders keepers. Yet I hope we can act more... Sensible... In any future disputes that may arise between us. It has my candles in it. ...granted that means nothing, but HA. Fine, take it if you want, see what happens.
