Still don't like TBs attitude, he's again burning bridges, saying that what Take did was horrible, and that he had 'to defend' whoever is close. Yet NO THREATS WERE MADE. Take expressed hope that under the law, what Genna did was illegal. Seriously, for a native English speaker with more than 2 braincells this must be completely clear. This public 'attack dog' mentality is the last thing that the scene can do right now - please just be caster, or (as suggested above) joint TMZ. I really like their passion, but I hate their 'elephant in the porcelain store' approach.

From what I've read and understand, - TaKe was trying to help by attempting to get more money from Acer to fund travel - Genna was trying to explain to everyone why Axiom was not able to attend ATC - TaKe took offense to public posting, Genna took offense to TaKe's reactions Not sure of specific conversations or name-calling involved, but it really seems like both parties have their points but could apologize. Hopefully this all works out, TaKe and TB/Genna are all great IMO.

What drives TB to actually respond to people on TL, especially like that? This guy just isn't mature enough to handle his position, imo.

But aslong as she's your wife, she can do whatever she wants to do I guess.

you see the quality of a human being in his will to apologize. ... sadly most clever people nowadays know, that winning an argument/politics is not about being right or wrong. it's just about expressing your opinion the "right" or loudest way. and dodging everyone elses. this is the way to win the much less clever masses. very proud people also tend to see apologizing as a weakness, so they rather consider one of the other two options: throw more shit to cover, if possible, the whole surface. or dodge/deny even more.

Is has everything to with breaking the law! If party A broke the law and party B has injury because of that, party B will sue party A. Maybe it is not criminal law, but the issue here is most definitely 'breaking the law'. Read what Take wrote - it was clear that he was sure that the law was broken.

Law breaking isn’t directly related to civil litigation most of the time. It is not illegal to break a contract and people do it all the time. The other side can seek damages and we have rules in place as to what constitutes a valid contract. When you evict someone, there are laws that dictated the valid causes for an eviction and so for, but the tenant does not “break the law” by not paying rent. Law is not a math problem that has a solution. You can’t say “Person did X, which broke law A, and therefore I should get $2000 because of Law C”. Its not that simple. Also, even if they did break the contract, good luke to Take bringing a legal action against them, since they are a company based in the US

Edit: that's the TB quote I actually ment: On August 16 2013 23:21 The_Unseen wrote: you're so fucking condescending, losing all respect for you along with so many others Guys, come on, calm down your discussion here is completely dispensable. There was no threat of sueing anybody from Take. Its just a line in an angry and emotional skype conversation between Take and Gemma, saying something along the lines "I wish you'd get sued for that". Thats obviously not a nice thing to say, and he later put up a public excuse, but it miles away from any REAL law case. Its just a statement of anger. It's like you belive TB tries make a sexual offer towards Take when he's barking "Fuck TAke!" all over the forums. It's shows a gross lack of reading competence. Well, and TB's behaviour, I mean its just disgusting, really. I don't even wanna go into who acted more professional, and who didnt, but acting like in those quotes above is incredibly childish, self-righteous and narcissistic. Yes I understand, beeing cynical and funny is what you earn your money with TB, but this behaviour is just sad. Too me it looks your just pooring some strange self-hatred all over everybody else. Well everybody has his way to deal with stuff, right? I feel ashamed for you.

Also, I know TB is going to eventually come out and make some sort of public statement where he uses big words and mild intellect to sound smart but remember he is acting like a damn child and is burning bridges he should have never touched. Meh, rant over go TL!

- Some teams get more money than others from the organization of some events, independently of performance - Some tournaments hold offline events and teams have to fund the travel expenses I always thought this was something you take for granted, offline event = organization pays. At least for TEAM events. - Everyone involved started this being nice and polite, but they ended up being rude and over dramatic.
