Sanctimony in stereo guys, worth a listen just for that. The one positive is he promises to take a step back from TL/reddit and twitter now so at least he might stop putting his foot in his mouth all the time. If I don't have to read retarded shit from you guys then it'll probably be the best thing that's ever happened to me. See it's comments like that that got IdrA in trouble. I realise that the "you guys" was intended to be specific, but it can easily be misinterpreted that you're shitting on all SC2 fans. You're really going to have to be careful now that you're a team manager - it's now going to reflect on your team and your players, not just you.

Something doesn't really track here... Anyway, I'm getting real tired of all this dirty laundry being aired on social media sites around esports teams. It makes everything look completely unprofessional, and just makes it seem like no one knows what the hell they are doing. In the "real" world businesses have disagreements and spats all the time, but it hardly ever gets into a "he said she said" shitfest on a forum/twitter somewhere. I understand that maybe esports is still in its infancy from a business perspective and there's lots of intrigue or whatever going on behind the scenes, but you know what? Boo fucking who. It's really time to stop handling situations like this. In TB's own words: "So eSports is plagued with incompetence, fragile egos, backroom bullshit, people out for themselves and more concerned with saving face. I just want to make that abundantly clear for those who didn't know. Similar I'd imagine to most entertainment industries." Yeah, and it's handled behind closed doors for the most part, professionally. I'm just sick of the way people treat this "business" like it's fucking high school drama.

Neither the fans of the savior of american sc2 or take's fans are contributing much to this discussion, all they say is basically (supposed) unprofessionalism vs. (supposed) threats of lawsuits. Just kind of ironic that TB wants to unveil the bad stuff going on in esport while joyfully claiming his title as #1 mischief maker. And Takes threat being so over the top... I wonder if he read the earlier threads and felt...bad.

They dont even consider that TaKe was oblivious to their mistake, and probably had buffered Acer that "really famous TB and his succesfull team is participating and it will give us a lot of publicity" to increase Acer contribution to the tournament. Then out of the blue he gets informed they wont participate, then post their private messages and portray him in bad light. Now he lost a major team in the tournament, got screwed over by selfish motives and got trouble with his main sponsor. Maybe if TotalBiscuit looked from TaKes eyes he would be less mad about words said in anger.

Wind your neck in mr team owner, or you will have to send all those Korean boys back to Korea without a team. Cause whos going to sponsor a team owned and managed by a loud mouth who outwardly disrespects anyone in the community who questions his decisions and attitude. Id be sending emails or getting Sir Scoots or Nazgul on skype asap to learn how to manage a team without it combusting into a fireball under the weight of your inability to remove your foot from your mouth. People like you Idra and Destiny always think you're untouchable right up until you are touched then it all ends it a big ball of flames.

Next step is Axiom throwing TaKe infront of the bus, posting private business messages on a internet forum portraying them as the "innocent" side while their only motivation to do so is polish their image. Maybe their reasons was that "we are not participating anymore so might aswell portray us in better light". Maybe she was naieve. They dont even consider that TaKe was oblivious to their mistake, and probably had buffered Acer that "really famous TB and his succesfull team is participating and it will give us a lot of publicity" to increase Acer contribution to the tournament. Maybe if TotalBiscuit looked from TaKes eyes he would be less mad about words said in anger. The only people that could possibly believe Take was thrown under the bus by Gennas post with the chatlogs are people that didn't bother to read it. There's nothing in that post that makes Acer or Take look bad, in fact quite the opposite. The original statement was causing confusion and people were lashing out, the second post was meant to clarify the situation and share the facts to show how it could have possibly got to that point. Acer looked GOOD in that post, so did Take. Sure, mistakes were made on the communication front but that post showed that all parties had worked really hard to try and solve the situation. Axiom was getting crucified over it for no apparent reason and Gennas duty as manager was to do what she could to alleviate that. She did exactly what any other team owner would have done in that situation, tried to clear the air. As we have seen though, the reason why we're dishonest with the community is because apparently they can't handle the truth and it causes more problems than it solves. You guys crave openness and detailed statements but lose your shit when you get them? You demand detailed explanations from people like MLG when they make statements like "Hey, we're not doing SC2 at Columbus"? This is why you don't get them, because if you found out everything you'd lose your shit.

If you don't enjoy being a teammanager anymore, then it surely is the right decision to stop. It would be nice if it was for other reasons, but that's the way it is. As for all the drama-mongers in this thread. No need to pitchfork anybody imho. Take shouldn't have threatened with legal action, but when you get pissed off, sometime you say the wrong things. Acer did nothing wrong. They are still an awesome company for helping create great events and sponsoring an awesome team.

Do you find it acceptable when someone posts a private business conversation to the public without consent? Also people saying that TaKe threatened to sue, read the OP in full.
