Oh god.
I understand that Crank and MMA don't want to let their reputation get hurt without a fight, but I really wish that we could put this thing to sleep and stop the bullshit. There's still so many unknowns, these articles are useless.
The dead horse called, people. He said to stop kicking the shit out of him.

Never go into business with your girlfriend. Wait until you've been married a decade, then consider it.

I'm extremely disappointed that crank is trying to defend his constant lying.
It's a very big tell that cella is siding with Jessica against crank. Indeed, evidence that Crank has been lying and severely lacking in decency (not letting Slayers know anything) has been provided. Where? It's all over the place really. There's some from me on page 8 of http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?topic_id=376999¤tpage=8. But there's been more in this thread http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=376041¤tpage=206#4104, but can't be bothered to look through all the pages again. Um, neither can I. I also can't imagine I'd find "evidence" amongst random TL posts. I'm pretty sure that if there had been actual evidence, it would have been included in the OP somewhere along with all the significant translations. For now, all we have are interviews, statements, and a phone call we do not yet know the content of. None of the OPs has all the interviews, statements and translations bunched together, not to mention the tweets and translations thereof. How do you expect the evidence posted by TL members to also show up on the OP if not even that makes it.
Three relevant topics from this whole mess so far have had their own news thread, pretty much in chronological order (Slayers disbanding with Jessica's statement, ESF thing, and now Crank and MMA's statements). I'm pretty sure that whenever something meaningful is released, the TL news team won't miss to report it in a timely fashion.
I do not expect TL members to provide any evidence, because they have access to none.

Jessica tried hard and made mistakes like Crank, Boxer, MMA, etc..
In the end the problem was the personal relantionship of the owners, plus lack of communication.
Jessica doesn't seem a type of person that can lead and we all know Boxer can do it, so it's more on her lack of experience and leadership skills.

Reading these posts, youd think crank did no wrong and jessica is sole creator of the mess Yeah it's no doubt a combination of factors and mistakes from all of them. But the reason people are reacting differently to Crank and Jessica is probably a question of attitude. Whether he was right or wrong, Crank just calmly states his side. Jessica is burning to expose and crush these guys... It's not very dignified and it looks bad. Especially when you consider that she is 40 and well-off and she is trying to ruin a bunch of young dudes in their early twenties. Call me crazy, but this seems unnecessary. If she really gave a shit about SlayerS and their memory she could just let it go now. Pursuing this to the bitter end is pointless.
This. Having Jessica tell her version of events is really causing e-drama. According to her, crank called her up to argue and then told boxer to piss off.
There's no backstory, no events preceding this, nothing. Her story is very blank and white, with her being white and everyone that has slighted her as being black.
This is a massive revenge campaign from amanager who lost it all and is trying to justify her failures by smearing it on everyone else but herself. Having the team 'fall apart' due to 3 bad players is her excuse. TSL has gown through similar, but their manager dealt with it in a positive way.

Sigh, I was never a huge fan of MMA (nothing against him personally), but I really sympathize for him now.
I hope everything can settle itself out.

They're of mature age, past that point you cannot treat them different than an adult. Regardless I do not condone the way she has handled this and how she has attacked them. That's fine, I beg to differ but it's a fine opinion to have -gasp- You mean two people can have different opinions but still be civil towards each other? MADNESS. Ridiculous notion, right? Stop 'ridiculing' Jessica for shitting on her players in her last statement? She could have easily left the drama out and parted on a note that Slayers had internal disputes. Instead she took the low road, and released anything convenient to making her look like a saint and the players the destruction of SlayerS. She's not innocent in this either, and shes wholly responsible for bringing the drama to the public forum. I'm willing to bet my life savings on you doing the same as her if you have felt as wronged as she apperantly felt. If what she says holds up, I'm sure nearly everyone would've done the same. You're just a bunch of hypocrites if you think you could've bottled it all up to be forgotten. Both Jessica's and my emotions have nothing to do with any of this. Where every manager and spokesman before her have the self-control to remain calm and keep the discussion professional, she cannot. I shouldn't be a manager -- and she should not be either. Yes, that's simply because every manager and spokesman normally stays in the same profession and thus you cannot afford to lose relations. So yes, it does in fact have everything to do with this. No, it doesn't. Lol. You have expectations to be met as a manager. When you fail and are a poor manager, you don't blame everyone else and go further and tarnish their reputation -- true or false, in selectively revealing insider info within the team. Jessica isn't granted an excuse because she handled (and continues to handle) this horribly, whether it's her emotional state or whatever problem she has. I guess as long as Jessica feels wronged she can do whatever the hell she wants, right? Should probably just lock this thread up unless you've managed a team before. What a ridiculous reply.
Thanks for putting words in my mouth. I'll stop replying to you if you can't have a normal conversation.

Wait, you mean the team manager assigned a personal coach and then make him pay for it, while he does not have a chance to look for any or have any knowledge for sponsorship?
Mind blown. Jessica should never ever manage any business again.

Quite obviously you haven't followed nearly every page of it or you would've known there's lots missing in the OPs, especially so regarding tweets.

The actual recording was submitted to the media, they've simply transcribed it for ease of reading and examination.

MMA need to leave the country and come to the US. Only the US can save him from the wrath of an angry Korean woman who was just blamed for the emperor's shortcomings...
Arm the silo's winter is coming!

ok I just want to ask 1 thing and state another
Did anyone actually hear the tape, or just a transscript? I know a transcript was released in Korean, but it seems the tape isn't added.
And to be honest I have to side With Jessica/BoxeR/Cella
Crank and MMA have every reason to lie, there careers right now are in the balance, Jessica has no reason to lie, Jessica will contiune to make lots of money in acting and such, she doesn't have a reason to lie.
For people trusting MMA over Jessica, it is quite silly. People don't know MMA, they will believe MMA just because he is a player, and they are fans of his, which makes things rather bias.
It bothers me that the sc community can't look at things unbiased in this incident. People will take MMA's side even if he came out and sais he was guilty of everything, people would still say he is innocent.

Why is SlayerS actually disbanding? If the players are the cause of the trouble on the team, why don't they just dump the players and move on? Didn't TSL do something similar?
Is SlayerS low on cash? I'm unclear why the actions of MMA, Alicia, and Crank (if that's really the whole story) mean the entire team has to go.
From what Ive heard, Slayers originally started as a group of people for Boxer to practice with when he started with SC2, and eventually it become a team. I dont think Boxer originally wanted to set out to make an SC2 team but it just so happened that would be the next logical step and why not?
Now keep that in mind, and that the team is run by boxer and Jessica. They had some sponsors but apparently Boxer invested quite a lot of his own money into it. And then all this shit storm started, bad management/player issues whatever the case might be it was bad enough that Boxer just cant be bothered any more and jumped ship back to SKT1. The team was more or less just ran by Jessica and it seemed like shes got enough as well and going to focus back to her acting career.
Since the management has clearly become quite disillusioned with the way things are currently, I dont see why they would continue to run it. Some other teams continued on despite being on deathbed at several times such as TSL or Zenex but it is because there is no other alternatives for the management. This is their livelihood. They had to push on. Obviously this is not a problem for Jessica and Boxer as they are doing well enough on their own. So why would they rebuild the entire team from scratch when they can just cut their losses right now.

They lost all their sponsors due to Mr J so if they wanted to continue it was always out of boxer's pocket and they couldn't find sponsors (assumed) due to the players situation and team atmosphere any ways.
