People react differently to these exercises, depending on their hormonal balance and previous habits. If you try all the NOs at once and feel good, how would you know you wouldn't have felt just as good with only one of the NOs? Try them one at a time, each for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. It's possible going for no fap would lead to other behavioural changes that you didn't intend but that you would welcome.

I guess I am saying get rid of your phone, and if you must use one, get a good ol' brick. No stupid fucking iPhones.

Enjoy existing, I suppose. Without the little egocentric time wasters, I feel life's not life at all, but postponed death.

If one enjoys faps and games, its not a waste. Entertainment is necessary to stay happy. You can't turn yourself into a productivity machine. What I would change about your plan is "the only things i can do" section. Don't limit it to that. Just cut out Internet (except email/google), TV, and video games, you will get a huge amount of free time you didn't know you had. Highly recommended!

So I can understand what you're trying. Someone said earlier in the thread about how a change like this will come at the time it's supposed to, if it doesn't work out. I kinda believe in this, so even if you fail don't worry about it too much. Forcing a change is very hard at times

But when you put it next to the other things in his list, it is pretty obvious he is not playing for the right reasons lol.

I mean if it was just about mindless browsing and whatknot it would be doable if you just distracted yourself with something else, like a pornhub marathon or smth ...but this? Sorry, but I don't have a lot of faith in this.
