Aright do what you want. I had a friend this semester who cut back on bad foods and exercised a lot. His computer's network card didn't work at school so he had no internet at school. He seems happier about his body. And if this works for you I can try it myself.

Seems efficient... but... I don't know. I think life is not only so much about achievement but also about just plain enjoying life and having fun and being happy.

Life without fun and filled with "achievement for the sake of achievements" is life wasted.

That said second list isn't all unfun and I'm assuming there is something you're working towards. Although would swap "Eat soldier pills" for "Learn to cook real food for every meal".
