last night i felt a bit better suddenly (weekly occurance of me becoming increasingly stressed and incapable, before resetting again)
i read reddit's nofap experiment and understood the motivator that is "sexual energy" for the first time and what it means to be able to channel sexual energy into achievements
now after waking today am im applying the following policy to my life , without any deviation:
literally NO.....
no internet/tlnet forum/sc/entertainment/threads reading no facebook click no porn/browsing no watching stuff/tv/youtube/iplayer/torrent no games obv basically no entertainment on computer except music. everything ceases to exist no smoking
the only things i can do: guitar / youtube for guitar gym eat work course thing meditate/lie/sleep stretch take nutrition pills do laundry shower practice smiling study x
the real main challenge here is 0% internet timewasting and 0% fap timewasting. this huge amount of time will first probably be replaced mainly with meditation/lying on bed doing nothing until i can adjust. idk.
either way, this starts now, without me glancing at forums or at facebook or loading up any porn.
why am i doing this: need to gain discipline and experiment to see if my massive lack of energy and huge amount of disabling stress are effected . needs to be zero tolerance measure coz i am simply unable to "cut down" wasted time. needs to be a constant and self reassuring program with no opportunity or gaps for failure

No fap? No youtube? I
I wish you the best of luck but theres only so long that you can practice smiling

i'll be blunt: sounds stupid. maybe could you post the reddit link, so it becomes possible to argue about the reasons behind this?

blogging is allowed? :D this looks interesting keep us updated

The thing is, all this will be 100% wasted time. Unless you keep with it for 3 weeks and more. Because that is the time ti takes to develop new habits and keep them.

you could apply zero tollerance and discipline to cuttong down stuff aswell. I dont know how old you are, but in my experience, the focus you strive for is something that comes to people with time, usually after experiencing a situation where you activelly decided to change your life because you wanted to. If you are ready for this it will work, but if you fail - know that this will come by itself when the time is right.

Dude start up a new hobby during this time. You are going to have so much free time.

I feel sorry for you.....I really do...

And I don't think he will be able to keep us updated considering the fact he is not using the internet anymore

your just replacing your time wasting with a diffrent type of time wasting seems just more boring to me.
Plus practice smiling. really?

My fear would be that "meditate/lie/sleep" starts taking up a massive amount of time.
Days are long and whenever I consider being immensely productive before I'm immensely passionate about a project, it's not usually a good thing. You would be better off prioritizing things you need to get done and doing them before the less useful things, while still giving yourself some time to relax at the end of the day. You will find that once you feel you have accomplished some things for the day, you are better able to enjoy the relaxing things (where for many people they can be difficult to do if they don't feel they've done anything all day).
You are kinda trying to imagine what your ideal/perfect state is, but I think you should reevaluate it. It just seems to be a reflection of what you think society/girls want you to be, I don't see any creativity or personal goals in it.

Honestly, I'd say take it one thing at a time. You're cutting all entertainment out of your life pretty suddenly, and that's going to leave a massive gap. If you put any serious amount of time into those distractions, it's going to be REALLY REALLY hard to fill in the void when it hits you all at once.
I'm like...70% sure you'll relapse on something within a week, and when you do come back to TL, take my advice and start cutting out one thing at time, maybe 1 source of distraction each month or two so you can find the best way to use your time without that distraction.

You should masturbate / have sex at least every few days. It's good for you.
